They said they are sending emails and getting feedbacks.
Do you think most investors would want out? Or continue with investing in the project? 🤔

With the extent of delays on the project, its obvious that so many investors are disappointed, but personally for me, I still believe that the project can fulfil its vision. They only need to re-strategise and come up with a good plan.

We've been waiting for the team to give updates on the way forward, but it's not forthcoming, I believe if the team could up with a logical and sound strategy, investors would be willing to support them and kick start the project.

What type of email project team is sending?  They're checking with investors if they want their money back?

They should announce the amount of money they raise so far so that investors have head knowledge as to how much is raised at this time and how much is needed to complete the whole process. With that we could know if the project is going to continue or come to a halt.

That would have been a good idea, but I guess the team may be unable to announce the amount raised till date, if the amount is going to be a discouraging factor to potential investors. Unless they want to get the opinion of the community regarding the continuation of the project or its cessation.

In my opinion, since the team is campaigning for transparency, they should announce the amount that has been raised, let the community decide whether the project can continue or not. It's quite frustrating that the project has been on tokensale for over 6 months and yet to raise funds up to softcap. It could either mean that the team are not going about the promotion rightly or the something is wrong somewhere.

I followed a project that got set back recently and it became 10x harder to get community support. But mineblock could be lucky in the type of investors they've got.

It's obviously going to be harder to get the community support, considering the fact that the project has been long overdue and the level of trust in this industry is quite low. Let's hope that the team are lucky, because from the indices, its going to be difficult.

I personally don't know about the emails that is being sent, though I heard something of that nature lately. But I believe that if the team wants to refund their investors it would be announced publicly and not via emails as there's no point being confidential about something that is applicable to everyone.

Well i agree with your point..gettingfeedback on email sounds senseless when people and their investors wants to know about the current status of the project i also believe that if they are not able to achieve its vision than its should be disclosed openly because since long back they are still behind raising funds to softcap.

They will announce it openly if they decided to stop the project.  But I think for now they are checking with investors if it's okay to move to new exchange?

It's better to wait for official communication from minedblock team. Only investors who received email or minedblock team can tell us what's mentioned in the email

It is better as you say because I think it is much safer to wait for communication from the team and the most important thing now is to keep up with the developments so that later they will not miss information

In my opinion, the team may be very busy trying to figure out the next step to take and may not have the best answers to comments on social media. I believe we may have to give them some time to analyse and process the informations at their disposal.

the first posting in this thread talks about a token sale until 30.5.2019. Did this sale take place, and if so, how much was taken?
As I see in the last postings, are there any new considerations about financing rounds?

The STO was planned to end on 31st of May. But because they haven't reached their softcap yet, they just announced today that they will extend their sales until the end of August.

End of August? That's very long period, I don't think minedblock need that much time to sell the tokens.

Well, so far they haven't reached their softcap and it seems like they are still in contact with some private investors because the normal sale doesn't go as planned. So extending the sale till the end of August is probably reasonable. It doesn't make sense to only extend it for a couple of weeks and then you have to extend it again because the softcap still hasn't been reached.

The issue is that the project is taking too long to raise funds. Extending till August means that it would be taking the project over one year to raise funds which we aren't sure of raising due to the dissatisfaction of the community. I'm afraid that it will take grace of God for the project to raise its softcap considering the level of support it has from the community today.

I know what you mean but what is the alternative? Stopp everything right now, refund previous investors and abandon the project? That would make no sense in my opinion. Especially when it true that there are several private investors interesting in the project.

When the market is not stable, this is a big problem. We dont have other choice as explained above. Team is doing right job at this moment and trying to make things working. Lets just give thumbs up to the team and hopefully they achieve their targets.

Am in agreement with your opinion, since we have private investors who are interested in the project, it would be easier to reach the softcap, I believe several private investors are institutional investors and could make substantial contributions to the project. Let's hope that the project is revived by the end of the tokensales.

Yes, we need to be supportive of the team and encourage them to achieve the best possible outcomes. The nature of the project is unique and would be of immense benefit to investors. The situation of things may not be very attractive, but it's possible for our softcap to be achieved.
