They still dont know the exact location as far as I know for their mining facility. If this is true, its impossible for them to give estimation of electricity charges.

Exactly my argument however they seem to be confident in their strategy and operation since they have gotten SEC approval which is a big deal in this space

Did they show any proof of mining activity? Even their mining address is enough with sign message as a proof that they are really mining.

ICO just started, they first need to reach softcap,  after this only team can start launch of mining facility.  It's too early to expect mining facility ready.

Good question, I hope team will give us clarification on this. Mining location will play part when it comes to cost. Local electricity charges and taxes will make difference.

Got another question about the potential location in Siberia. In the message I quoted below, you mentioned that you are in talks to buy an already operational farm in your preferred location. Would this be in Siberia or is the information you gave at that time already outdated? 

If we choose to setup our farm from scratch we anticipate 6-15 weeks, but we are in talks about the initial purchase of an already operational farm in our preferred location to speed this process up.

Unfortunately the equipment was outdated and the “setup” wasn’t viable nor would it be profitable, with Siberia it is already setup with the correct power output via renewable sources

Even though buying and already operational farm would've sped things up, I am kind of glad, that this isn't going to happen. When building up your own farm, you are just not that limited and can buy the newest equipment at the location that suits your the best.

It seems like Siberia is on the top of the list at the moment. I just hope that they sign everything very soon to fix it. Sure, there might always be the possibility to find an even better option but what is even more important is that there won't be any delays so that they can start buying equipment and setting up the mining farm as soon as the softcap is reached.

There was a talk one time about IEO. Can Minedblock try using this Model to Complete tokensales? A lot of projects out here using same strategy as well.
