Investors are really careful now and many project will not reach softcap for this reason. It's very hard to find original and legit projects now but this is not bad, I hope that all trash ico project will disappear soon so that we can start investing again.

ICO no longer appears much and people have become very wise after 2018. I think the ICO is now officially dead and there will be no way to revive because the new trend is now the IEO and the IEO projects often bring more safety to investors and profit good .
