But for your information, i would say you that,  when you see some information like that on the bottom of the page, then you should know that some minor changes have been taken place.
Like they used to refresh the server,  seeds etc.
Moreover if there is a major change that will take place, then one of the Moderators or Admin himself will notfiy you in the chat.

when you see this pop up window , it means that you can update when you want to , without the need to interrupt your betting

This is not a major update from Windice side hence there won’t be any change log for this, it’s a minor update and this kind of updates do not require a change log.
