Sort of reminds me of the rant Max Keiser recently did against the financial 'regulators'. I agree with the sentiment. Instead of this 'crony capitalist' model where there only exists obfuscation and opacity with the illusion of 'regulators' (who are in fact just more of the cronies) we should demand true markets with knowledge and competition available to all. The policies of Western countries are looking more like Stalinist USSR every year.

I would honestly be floored if the actual context of these blog posts held any significant meaning beyond being anything anything other than expected, and absolutely unsurprised if there were another way of looking at those words, and coming away with a totally different message.

But yes, agree that 'true markets with knowledge and competition available to all' would be a good ideal.

The most recent policy of western countries seems to be coming to completion.

With the gov't takeover of the issuance of student debt, the skyrocketing of prices for tuition for state-run higher education/research facilities, we now have government subsidized research grants (I believe they're calling them stafford loans), and the bill is being footed by both taxpayers whom the initial loan is provided by, and the students who take it on and pay it back for over a decade of their lives.

All this in order to advance automation to a point where the current working class won't be missed in 40 years when they go into retirement.

Perfect system, right?

The text is interesting and vivid as always. It's was a pleasure to read it, I like this style although it's a bit peculiar Cheesy

The text is peculiar seen with neoliberal greedy and selfish eyes, so it's peculiar for most of us. But it is completely sensible in a sustainable world. The article makes me trusting the developers even more.
