But at least Adesanya has regained his belt and avenged his defeat against Alex Pereira, in the last meeting which was also at the same time Adesanya took revenge by giving 3 heavy punches to Alex Pereira's face, causing him to fall down immediately.
In my opinion, the last meeting was a pretty great fight for Adesanya and in that fight Adesanya proved to the world that he deserves to be the strongest in that class and don't try to underestimate him or even want to take the championship belt from him.
I'm not sure Strickland can survive or even beat Adesanya, maybe he will also suffer the same fate as Alex Pereira where he gets a few big punches and then goes down helpless.

Maybe it will be more interesting but isn't that just going to be more and more hot debates plus I'm sure there will be some nonsense phrases that will definitely make you embarrassed when the fight starts in the octagon.
But let's wait and see what will happen to Strickland in the future. Cheesy

Sean Strickland will always be pissed with Israel Adesanya, and become a lapdog of the UFC, as every fight that is last minute he will fill it in because he badly needed that money, as I have seen his last fight with Abusupiyan Magomedov that was a great performance of Strickland and he exposes Abusupiyan Magomedov in this fight because Magomedov was an explosive fighter but the thing is he is not that technical and Strickland has an excellent defense you can say that Sean Strickland is not good with his offense but furthermore when it comes to defense he is surely a veteran, but it will not work against a more technical fighter, and Abusupiyan Magomedov was exposed for not being technical, and just throwing that punch randomly,

Would be funny if Pereira would train Strickland for a fight against Izzy Cheesy Rivalry continues Cheesy We know that Strickland is ready to fight anyone, but dont you think Izzy has picked an easy opponent? On the other hand, who should Izzy fight then? Vettori for the third time or Whittaker? Cannonier for the second? Costa is busy with Chimaev.

That's it I was waiting for the Paolo Costa VS Khamzat Chimaev does anyone have any information on when it will be, thanks for this I did remember this, but returning back to Sean Strickland, Israel Adesanya can not take Sean Strickland lightly, this dude has a great defense you can not underestimate the guy, and exposes Abusupiyan Magomedov in their fight for sure Sean Strickland can surprise anyone for sure,

I’m a Sean O’Malley fan. I think he’s a cool dude and probably the only UFC fighter I’d really want to hang out with in real life. That being said, I think he takes a bad loss in this next fight.

Interestingly, Conor McGregor has said he’ll be fighting in December against Michael Chandler. This is the first confirmation I’ve heard of who and when he’ll be fighting. Looks like the wait is on.

I never thought his coming back for real I wonder if he can beat Chandler with those power punch he have. The guy's passion is in UFC if only injuries didn't take his chance to regain his honor, we may have seen him already fighting some big shots in their weight division but as we see right now, he is coming back to once again showcase his skill and probably this will be his last fight if he again lost this match. That was it for him and no one can say that he wasn't a champion because he once got those belts in his prime back then.

I can say that I am a fan of Sean O'Malley. He may be one of the best hitters ever, in my opinion, of course, his composure is at a very high level. He proved his chin very tough in the Petry Yan match, and I don't think he'll have a problem getting hits against Sterling. But I don't know how Team Proven Grounds team planned to defend a high level wrestling, I think they will do a good job. Sean'o can beat Malley if he gets it on intense take down and wrestling for 5 rounds, but I think Malley still has superior game intelligence and can make this match strong.

Probably, I mean in a stand up fight he'll probably stand with the best of them. However, I don't see Sterling staying in a striking match, because he will know that's his worst chance of winning the fight. I imagine, there will be some wrestling thrown in which I don't see Sean having too many answers too. I imagine the betting odds will also reflect that, and it'll probably not be worth betting on the fight, unless you go for the upset, which I just can't see happening outside of a freak knock out early in the fight.

I never liked Aljamain Sterling, and I am not impressed with Sean O'Malley, despite his great 16-1 record, but I think he deserved this title fight after he beat Petr Yan.
Some people are still divided about his split decision win, but odds on him are simply amazing for this fight as a underdog and I have to take it.
I know Sterling is favorite in this fight, but O'Malley is few years younger, he has small reach advantage, and great KO record.
For more risky bet I would also try O'Malley to win by KO or TKO.

O’Malley is an UFC created fighter and a record. It is a fact that the kid has a talent, but UFC gave him weak opponents imho. I have started no liking Sterling when he got the belt after illegal knee. But in next fights he managed to change my attitude to him. 4th title defence. That is a lot. A lot of guys lose belts after first defence. Imho Sterling will wrestle O’Malley in parter till UD or split win.

You could say that the UFC has built Sean O'Malley by giving him favorable match ups, he is yet to fight a world class wrestler or a fighter who could control the fight on the ground.

Petr Yan was his biggest test and in that fight he absorbed a lot of punishment and i cannot understand how the judges gave it to Sean and if it was a 5 round fight then there is no way he is going to survive and he has never participated in a 5 round fight in his career and the title fight against Aljamain Sterling will be his first 5 rounder.

Izzy is too advanced for Strickland's game. It's a mismatch but because Izzy seems to have cleared this division for good, with no one else to fight. It should have been DDP instead of Strickland.  The next move for Izzy is to go up to the LHW where he may really have challenging fights like Pereira again or there has to come up like Khamzat to MW to fight Izzy.

Suga is fun to watch though if fighting against a striker also. One can anticipate him defeating Aljo tbh. I however personally want the fight to go off on Dana's face once his favorite dog gets submitted. Sterling only needs to stick to his usual plan to slam his opponent in wrestling.

Actually, I think I also said that Sean Strickland is not a hard-hitting fighter, so for Israel Adesanya to lose this fight for sure Alex Pereira would make him a laughing stock if that happens, but yeah I am just saying that Izzy shouldn't underestimate Sean Strickland, for sure because Strickland has a great defense for sure, So yeah Israel Adesanya will win this one, he just don't need to underestimate Strickland, for me Izzy will need to go out there with the level of confidence like what he did with Alex Pereira,

Isn't this an interesting main card sequence because it will feature a battle encounter between great fighters.

The only thing I don't like about this was the Jon Jones VS Stipe Miocic fight surely Stipe Miocic is a 40-year-old, and I don't want to say that Miocic is already washed but his last fight was in 2021, sure that years of vacant that he was not inside the octagon, just makes rust, not like Jon Jones that still training to return and Jon Jones is still at his 36 years old so yeah it is a long shot for Miocic in returning now, it was really that late, for sure his movement is not the same anymore in my opinion, this is a clear favorite for Jone Jones for sure, and I really don't like to see this fight what I want to change Stipe Miocic with a top 5 on the Heavyweight Division, Sergei Pavlovich, or Tom Aspinall, what I want to see or maybe Jailton Almeida

Exactly. Imho whole O'Malley career is created by UFC. He is an UFC product. They have found a guy who can knock out people, he has charisma, he can talk, he can sell. They build him a history. Lets look on O'Malley career. The guy is having a title fight in few days and the only fighter from bantamweight top15 he has beaten is ranked 5 Petr Yan, who he won by split decision. And to explain that O'Malley comfortably had only strikes in his ufc career. He had only one bjj opponent, Vera, to whom O'Malley lost Cheesy

^  That's true until they matched O'Malley up vs Petr Yan who is a tough dude btw...  As tough as they come.  These Russian dudes are built different imho.  There might be a couple of fighters here and there who might look weak but overall they are tough mofos.

Anyway I thought Yan was gonna man handle and maul O'Malley but to my surprise, he was holding his own even though Yan was getting his moments.  But yeah...  As for how it translates to the match on Saturday vs Sterling, it won't.  Lol.  O'Malley could get his back taken early and submitted.  My top ticket would prolly be Sterling - Petroski lined at around even money.

I would probably go with Aljo also. Not because I think wrestling > striking guys, but because I never saw O'Malley doing good against wrestlers. In fact I hardly remember him showing proper wrestling. Also I happened to like Aljo attacking wrestling. Second fight against Yan, after 4 rounds, if not mistaken, he made 12 takedown attempts in 5th round. That is a lot even for a complete fight, but he made them in champions round. I expect a rear-naked choke in second or third round. Those long O'Malley limbs gonna play bad him this Sunday:D

I feel the same about O'Malley but you cannot make another McGregor no matter how hard you try and UFC tried their best to cover the absence of Conor.

Regarding the next fight of O'Malley against Sterling , personally like you said , I'm not a big fan of Sterlin but he has great skills that could put O'Malley to sleep but if makes a takedown on him , I think Sterling might end up being a winner.

To be fair, O'Malley lost to Vera but not because of Vera's bjj skills but due to some weird leg injury, it looked like he took a wrong step and damaged his ankle or something like that.
Obviously he was fast-tracked by UFC into the title-shot, but UFC cannot manufacture star out of nothing - he has some solid skills. And, as proved by Adesanya, it's possible for the striker with no bjj/wrestling background to have a long reign as a champion.

As for the Saturday - Sterling is more likely to win, but I'd put my money on O'Malley due to the attractive odds.

That's a good gamble. 3x is tempting. We've seen so many upsets in MMA so it's very possible. Who knows he can strike Aljo on the chin and stagger. It's definitely possible to quickly follow up with kicks, anyone can quickly KO an opponent when they are unstable after a hard punch.

If Omalley is just a likable guy in the UFC, he might really have more fans than Tekashi rooting for him. But so far he is like the Josh Koscheck of this time. Dana likes him though no wonder a fast track to a title shot is given. He would stay long as a champ if he wins.

That's a one harsh statement Grin
I don't think he's on the Koscheck level, at least not yet. My guess is he's a fairly laid back and likeable guy by nature but lacking a bit in the charisma department, so he's trying to force it a little bit too hard, either by his own choice or pressure from his manager or UFC. He's not convincing when he's trying to shit talk about his opponents, or like when he entered the octagon to face Sterling after his last win - he looked lost an out of place.
Most people can sense that. They would root for the good guys or the bad guys but not for someone who appears disingenuous and fake.

I just can't bet against Sterling in this match up, and he's at better odds than I was expecting; 1.40. Probably, due to Sean being a fan favourite, and a lot of the fans are backing him to win. I think he prefers decently well in the stand up, but Sterling at any point could decided to take it down to the mat, and I think he gets the submission pretty early into that. I'd say the safest bet is the double chance DEC/SUB, however I wouldn't rule out a TKO either.

Looks like a decent card though, should be fun.

Sean Strickland will always be the 2nd pick even though he got what it takes in saying some shit about his opponent when it comes to Israel Adesanya people will just see him as just that, and against Abusupiyan Magomedov that was total domination from Sean Strickland no doubt about that his defense was absolutely amazing for sure but it will only work with Abusupiyan Magomedov because there are no sheer technicality with his striking and it will not work with the likes of Alex Pereira and Israel Adesanya for sure,

That fight will be a Co-Main Event on UFC 294 Islam Makhachev VS Charles Oliveira and that for sure is going to be one juicy event yet again, we will have Nassourdine Imavov VS Ikram Aliskerov, which will be a banger for sure but this is going to be a technical striking fight for sure, Magomed Ankalaev VS Johnny Walker which could be a Striking and Wrestling VS Striking and Athleticism fight, Tim Elliott VS Muhammad Mokaev a Veteran VS the New Kid, Jinh Yu Frey VS Victoria Dudakova the fighting kittens that will be an interesting fight, and lastly Bruno Silva VS Sharabutdin "Bullet" Magomedov this will be the debut of a prospect, and Bullet Magomedov is surely a great fighter to watch

That is why they let Sean O'Malley win that fight against Petr Yan, just because there are a lot of fans than Yan, as we can see the pink poodle is really popular in that fight which is why the UFC decided to give this win to O'Malley which I think Petr Yan should win, this is just my take about what should be the result for the Petr Yan VS Sean O'Malley fight there is a lot of controversies on that fight which we can see in the 1st round that was the close one for sure but Petr Yan was the one that was aggressive and has the explosion over the fight but surely just because there are a lot of Fans for O'Malley the UFC decided to give the win for O'Malley,

WOW! Thanks for this information I was really looking for this I really thought that Khamzat Chimaev VS Paulo Costa will be a Main Event and I didn't realize that they are at the Co-Main instead, this is going to be one juicy fight for sure and looking at it, it was really a banger of a fight for sure and there are a lot of Russian guys that is why it is really an exciting event I can not wait for it to start, actually I think that UFC 294 is more juicier than the event we got now in my opinion,

There is a sexy fighting kitten for UFC 292 with very provoking images that I was excited to share to everyone, however, after reflecting on my life I have made a decision to share only images of proper fighting ladies.

On UFC 292, this is the very beautiful and formal Andrea Lee! She might also be very much underestimated for this fight vs. her Brazilian opponent who might only be full of hype.
