I missed the first 5 matches of the event due to some stuff I needed to do IRL but it looks like the results were nothing really unexpected.  I thought Bilder would have a chance tho, but no...  Lol.  The guy who reeeaaally busted up this event' parlays is Charles Johnson.    Won as a huge underdog and what looked like he was gonna be out of the UFC is he had lost this one.  Nice win for him.

here are the results for the UFC Dolidze vs. Imavov it was a surprising result Imavov was really dominant during the entire fight against Dolidze Nassourdine Imavov is a beast when it comes to his accuracy with his striking and I was really amazed at total domination the whole fight, now here is the result with my pick and prediction

i thought the fight would even end in DQ because Imavov kicked Dolidze while Dolidze is a grounded fighter by fingers lol it didn't stop Imavov from kicking Dolidze's head. crazy rules. Herb Dean must have put his money on Dolidze. he didn't stop the fight when Dolidze was on the ground receiving huge blows not bothering to answer it. it would have been a TKO end.

Fili fought in December, Ige in September. But their fights were so called “nothing special”, so among all other prelims, boring fights in main card, all those guys look the same and create vision like they fought recently

As to next event, it looks like we are having another filler. Couple of guys worth to watch, but in general I dont expect much from next event. Ige was about to face the other guy btw, with undefeated record, but he pulled out due to injury.

So much has happened in the UFC Fight Night: Dolidze vs. Imavov and it was really unfortunate that I didn't make a bet for that fight it was a majority decision for Nassourdine Imavov it was crazy he was on point with his striking and he surely outpaces Roman Dolidze in every way possible and seeing that but even though Nassourdine Imavov win this one that penalty on the head kick while Roman Dolidze was likely 1 hand on the ground for sure this rule should be abolished by the UFC as this is really irritating as some fighters are likely using it on their advantage for sure Aljamain Sterling winning against Petr Yan in this method, for me this should be abolished by the UFC,

Now on to the result of the fights for my bets

Renato Moicano VS Drew Dober ROUND 3 DECISION - WIN

Renato Moicano is such a chad, calling out The MMA Guru while he was on an interview on ESPN inside the octagon after he won the fight against Drew Dober, for sure MMA Guru was loving it here is the video of their MMA Guru's reaction, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWUWwYSg2AA for this fight on round 1 Moicano was looking weird on his feet and slower than Dober, but Moicano did a ground and pound strikes and a near rear naked choke to Dober, but on the 2nd round Drew Dober did hurt Moicano on the feet while the 2nd round I think was to Drew Dober and Moicano was leaking blood all over for sure Dober was pretty much good at his stand-up but Moicano was great in his ground game and that submission attempts for sure it that connects he can get through, but yeah Renato Moicano was saved because of his takedowns and wrestling for sure,

Randy Brown VS Muslim Salikhov ROUND 1 KO/TKO - LOST

I was wrong with this prediction I really thought that Muslim Salkhov still had it inside of him but it was Randy Brown all along Muslim Salikhov looks really slow while the reach of Randy Brown was really his bread and butter his striking was also awesome even though it was a TKO win for Randy Brown many is not expecting this kind of result even me I wasn't really expecting for Muslim Salikhov to be out like that Randy Brown was really so smooth with his striking,

Aliaskhab Khizriev VS Makhmud Muradov ROUND 1 EYE POKE - NO CONTEST

That eye poke really ruined my bet and it ruined the whole fight Aliaskhab Khizriev made an accidental poke on Makhmud Muradov's eye, for sure Aliaskhab Khizriev's hand was held high getting the feel on their distance while Muradov attacked and lowered his head that caused the eye poked so it was an accidental eye poked and it is really a bummer when a fight ended like this for sure it was a bad ending for a fight to be, and not really expecting this to happen,

Yup! I agree Drew Dober had showcased his ground game but eventually, it was not as advanced as Moicano has, at least he is trying his best, for sure he is greater in the standing it was shown in this fight but Renato Moicano has shown excellence in his technique in the ground department and that was really the part where he elevates more but with the standing Drew Dober is more accurate Renato Moicano was just sturdy when it comes to the standing he looks slow in pace but he is more solid and has a chin, maybe because of his age, but for sure he is still on his prime Drew Dober just looks fast in his footwork, but I really like what I have seen,

The only thing that I got upset about was the Aliaskhab Khizriev VS Makhmud Muradov fight because if it wasn't for that eye poke that fight would have been awesome and my bet would not have gotten interrupted, by that No Contest status, and with the lost of Muslim Salikhov I think this is the time he thinks about his career outside the UFC, he is already at 39 years old and this could be his end career inside the Octagon in my opinion,

I don't think Moicano will lose his spot at top 15 since Moicano is ranked higher than him..?  Not sure if that's exactly the case but yeah...  I had Dober but he wasn't able to get one sold shot to Moicano's chin.  Dunno..  But I felt like he was gonna get KO'd like how Fiziev did.  

As for the main event, it was lackluster.  I expected more from Dolidze.

Anyway, what do you guys think of next weekend's main event?  At first glance I'm kinda liking Hermansson here at the current line.

I thought Drew Dober had a really good performance. It is definitely sad that he was unable to actually win the fight in the end. But his fighting was really good. These are the fights that people really want to see. This was a good matchup between both of them.

Muslim Salikhov is probably already thinking about his retirement. Because even though he looks really good, he is very old. At least very old when we think about who his opponent might be in this competition. Let's be honest, 39 years of age is not considered to be the prime of any fighter.

It was a funny thing that happened for sure Herb Dean is aware of the rule of a grounded fighter but for me, this rule should be abolished in all MMA platforms, The rules and decisions do seem quite baffling,  Imavov's kick to Dolidze while he was a grounded fighter is usually grounds for a DQ, yet the fight continued. Herb Dean's refereeing decisions can be contentious, and it's unfortunate if they appear inconsistent or biased Hopefully, future matches have clearer and more consistent officiating to ensure the integrity of the sport, or just take that rule out of the textbook of the MMA,

Drew's stand-up skills and solid wrestling background made for an exciting combination, The Lightweight division indeed presents a tough challenge with its abundance of talent. Both fighters' skills could easily place them higher in other weight classes. I'm assuming you mean Dober - Yeah, Moicano was ranked two places above him, so it's possible that the result won't have much impact on the ranking. That being said, I have no clue on how those ranking positions are determined, but there's got to be a way for the new guys to enter the top 15. So if there's anyone performing really well who's currently outside the top 15, he could end up taking Dober's spot.

As for the main event, it was lackluster.  I expected more from Dolidze.

Still haven't seen it as there doesn't seem to be anything on youtube. But some say Imanov was unfairly deducted a point as that head kick was legal. Dolidze was touching the ground with his fingers, but apparently the unified rules define being grounded as having a flat palm touching the floor. But it's not like this changes much anyway.

Not quite shocked by the language, everybody knows Dana White is a hot-head and is not holding back in throwing around offensive words. Still, I think revealing someone's private messages is not a very elegant thing to do. People talk differently and allow themselves to vent out when they think they're talking privately to a trusted person.
The UFC had a really nasty practice in terms of underpaying their fighters and including some weird clauses in contracts. Hopefully legal actions and the emergence of rival organisations will force them to improve.

It's really hard to go with Pyfer at where the price tag for him is currently lined.  I mean at 1.41?  Who has he fought to deserve that?  Hermansson on the other hand has fought all the best guys and there is no shame in losing vs some of them.  If this is a close fight then it shows that he doesn't deserve to be priced at 1.41.  And his next fight against someone above Hermansson in the rankings is a fade esp if he's lined as a favorite.

And...  LOL_DANA_WHITE.    Busted.  It is expected of him tho, but still embarassing.

From the 2020 era champs/superstars, (other than Khabib, who retired). Only Volk remains undefeated since. Who's up against another fighter who's been undefeated coming into the fight, Ilia Topuria. How will this end? Ilia's wrestling is sublime and that's where I'm not too confident about Volk.

Well, we all know that the internet comment section has become really unforgiving. But this was really something  . And of course, there are reasons for people for actually saying those things. Because most of the time those things are true. I believe he should stop playing it safe and actually take some risks. otherwise, he is not going to have the explosive level of performance that people want from him. Even if we talk about Khabib, he was actually finishing people. He did play it safe but he also was explosive when needed. However, Belal is just always playing safely and trying not to lose somehow. That is not what people like to see.

The Belal Muhammad Appreciation Day was just mental for  Belal Muhammad but for the fans of Belal Muhammad this is something special for sure is there a Belal Muhammad fan out here I really think that there are not many fans of Belal Muhammad, but yeah the style of Belal Muhammad is pretty much boring for me he is really always playing safe with that kind of fighting style I don't really know if his ground game really improve because he now trained with Khabib Nurmagomedov, but I think he is still about the safe method of his fighting style.

It could be a disqualification match but Herb Dean has decided something out of the ordinary just like in the Aljamain Sterling VS Petr Yan fight it is also a good thing that the fight continued as always if that fight didn't continue then Dolidze might have won this by disqualification if the rule still apply the same as with that fight that Sterling won but if it was a disqualification then there is no fighter that is declared to be winning this,

But I should say that rule should be taken out from the book the fighter is not grounded just because his hands were on the ground, they should consider taking it out of the UFC.

Some people simply don't understand the hierarchy and say stupid things. Dana White is a great businessman and he knows very well what is the best thing for his business. And he is the owner. So he can do anything. And i don't understand since when the owner of a fighting club/company talking like that had become not tolerable?

We are definitely living in a soft time now. People get butthurt with even the smallest of things. Anyway, i don't think this is going to be any problem for the UFC or dana white. And I also know that he has a lot of connections and he can just fix these things if he is actually in some kind of trouble.

every promotion has different rules for this and Nevada has its own too. but the common rule for grounded fighters is that if the hands hold the weight, it is somehow hard to recognize.

My boss allowed all our colleagues to send problem client to go to FO, as it isnt worth spending time on them, when real client is on hold He is rude, he can shout on us, call us idiots. Some people have quit because "I dont like to be shout on". But in exchange we make fun of him, we also call him in bad words. He knows that, everyone knows that. But what can he or us do about this situation? With such attitude he is keeping all us motivated, busy, cant say that he is keeping in fear, but in strict hand over (translated from Russian, but I hope you understand). If he wasnt like that, we all would be chatting and drinking coffee all day. Instead of "Mr. TopTort777, would you be so kind to consider starting working", I fully support "hey you, get busy you lazy ass!!!". Dana is the boss, he is there not to make friends but to manage huge promotion.

I was a little surprised that Imanov was dominating the fight and Dolidze was performing so poorly. I rarely watch these fighters but many people were commenting that Dolidze was performing poorly because he had to lost 15 Kilogram. By the way, there is an upcoming fight of Dvalishvili and Topuria, both of them are my favorites, Dvalishvili is a real machine that doesn't tire while Topuria is truly a new upcoming star, he has a chance to be a goat like Khabib.

Did anyone notice that these guys from small and poor countries, like Dagestan and Georgia, give a birth to too many UFC fighters? Especially when their population is so small compared to other countries.
