When Bangladesh put New Zealand under a lot of pressure on the fourth day and when Bangladesh picked up four wickets, I was sure that Bangladesh would all out New Zealand in a very quick time on the fifth day. Bangladesh failed to bowl out New Zealand in quick time but secured a 150-run victory over Bangladesh-New Zealand in this Test match. 
Taijul Islam was selected man of the match in this match. Mainly because of Taijul Islam's great spin ball, Bangladesh secured this victory against New Zealand. We have no complaints about Sylhet test but maybe we will have complaints about Dhaka test because Dhaka wicket is very bad and Bangladeshi batsmen cannot bat well on Dhaka wicket. If the Dhaka wicket can build well then the Dhaka Test will be very exciting.

New Zealand was definitely under pressure due to the loss of the first wicket for zero runs, but if the opening partnership was good or any good partnership was formed during the match, it could have created problems for Bangladesh. New Zealand's batting line-up is not that weak and they have good batsmen. Bangladesh players are not strong enough to defeat a team like New Zealand easily.

 Bangladesh also won this match because of their good bowling, Scoring 338 runs in Test cricket is not such a big target. In the Dhaka Test too, if Bangladesh bowls this well, they can beat New Zealand, but if the New Zealand batsmen perform well, Bangladesh cannot be expected to win.

Really, now this first test game of ICC test series has been concluded which was Bangladesh team opponent New Zealand team. After 5 days this game was end now and Bangladesh team won this game with 150 runs and Bangladesh team leads by 1-0 games. This game was held in Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Bangladesh. Bangladesh team displayed outstanding performance in all lineup like batting, bowling and fielding and entire team of Bangladesh team played very well and beat New Zealand team by big margin of runs. We already knew that New Zealand team have less chance to win in 4 th day of this game and they need almost 200+ runs and 1 wicket was left for play. Bangladesh team played very good cricket in the last match against New Zealand. They now have a chance to win a historic test series. I think if they play with positive intent, they will make history in the next match.
On young talent, I think they are still very raw and need much improvement to compete at the global stage. Bangladesh should try to improve and strengthen their domestic cricket. They also need to do more work on the pitches. They have won many home series against major teams on these pitches, but in the long run, these pitches are damaging Bangladesh cricket. Had the pitch in Bangladesh's Sylhet field not been spin-friendly, the result of the first match might have been different as the pace bowling from Bangladesh to New Zealand was very strong and world-class.

He played in every difficult situation and won many matches for team. But in comparison, Shahid Afridi was not ball stop player but his career is brilliant. He is respected whole the world and he made many records in test matches but after he played only T20 and ODI matches. Kumar Sangakara was also a good player ,he made many records and this type of player is very rare.

op I agree with you. Because Tests are being played, batsmen should play with a lot of patience. If they play in a hurry, if they hit 4-6, they get out. If we talk about the first innings of Bangladesh vs New Zealand in that first innings Nazmul Hossain shanto initially seems to be really playing T20 at that level of batting that sonto gets out in a short time. The first test match between Bangladesh vs New Zealand was brilliantly won by Bangladesh. We will have expectations from the Bangladesh team. Anyone following the Ireland Emerging Players tour of West Indies? So far the performance from the Irish have been pathetic. They are losing matches to West Indian domestic sides by huge margins. There was a match between Ireland Emerging Players and West Indies Academy that got completed yesterday. Academy won by 432 runs, after bowling out the Irish for 72 and 143. And the Irish squad had players such as Stephen Doheny and James McCollum who had played for the Irish senior side. The future of Irish cricket looks difficult, IMO.
