IMO, the ICC World Test Championship will be much more exciting, if it is played between the strongest teams. I would say that 6 teams can be included - India, Australia, England, South Africa, Pakistan and New Zealand. Teams like Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are unable to compete with the top teams at this level. For them, a separate 5-day competition can be organized by the ICC. The presence of weaker teams is one of the reasons why hardly anyone follows test cricket nowadays.

What would be the criteria for selecting the top 6 teams?

Let's not focus too much on the current rankings. They will change. If we look at the performance for the last 4-5 years, then there is no comparison between Pakistan and weaker teams such as Sri Lanka and West Indies. 1-2 years of performance should not be used to promote or relegate any team in the test cricket system. Given the complexities of this format, we should take a minimum of 5 years. And apart from performance, the financial strength of the cricket boards also need to take into account.

No matter how bad the weather is, if a test match is organized over three days, then the result of the match will be done in these three days.  In recent times, Test matches are usually completed in four days, that is, in the first two days, two innings of the two teams are completed, and if either of the two teams are all out in the remaining one day, the result of the match will be announced on the fourth day.
The match between Bangladesh and India scheduled to be played in Kanpur may be abandoned for some overs in the session due to bad weather but there is no possibility of the entire match being abandoned.  Moreover, if the match is delayed due to bad weather, then there should not be any problem as the result of the five-day test will most likely be out in three days.

Bangladesh basically cannot create a situation where they can play without pressure in Tests.  Bangladeshi batsmen can't play like top order batsmen especially.  If for some reason wickets fall, then several wickets fall in quick succession, it has become a real picture of Bangladesh.
As a Bangladeshi, I cannot enjoy the cricket game of Bangladesh because if Bangladesh plays well in one match then it will play badly in ten consecutive matches, this is a consistent picture of Bangladesh.

Yes it was correct that there is a lot of lack of experience and performance among the players of the Bangladesh team. Moreover, all the players in this team have low mental confidence. No matter which country in the world they play against India, they can never say for sure that they will win. Just as India has the best batsman, they also have the best bowling team. We may all know that Indians have the highest batting range among the cricket playing nations of the world. The last match of the Test series between Bangladesh and India will start tomorrow.
