IMO it seems that the first concern of Xavi is to create and maintain a solid defense in all the lines. They score a goal and then they are focused not to concede one. The attacking but naive style that Barça had, seems to be now in second priority. Besides, scoring has never been a big problem. Having though a solid defensive line has been a problem since the "Messi era" and Xavi knows that.

It will be a hard road but I would want to see that too. Sevilla this year ...you can't really know what to expect from them as they can beat anyone and in the same time , they can lose against anyone so it's a tricky team that have a double edge game. For now , only 4 points separate Real from Sevilla so the hope is alive.

Sevilla makes La Liga more exciting, and I think they have really been the dark horse this season. Sevilla doesn't have a squad with as many glamorous players as Real Madrid but their performance looks promising and they deserve to be competing for the title. Even if they fail to become champions, I think their players still deserve a big credit.

In my opinion, Real Madrid is still the strongest candidate to win La Liga this season, but they should not be complacent because Sevilla is an opponent to be reckoned with.

I don't think Barcelona will return to form so soon. If Torres is in the squad, maybe Barcelona's forward will be strong. But even though the forward is strong, there are many more problems in the Barcelona team. Their midfield and defense are not stable. Despite having a lot of talented players in defense, they are not able to play well only due to unstable strategy. With Torres in the team, the midfield needs to be strengthened. It will not be able to rise to the top.
