Barca is getting just one shot to correct their poor performance this year and if it misses the effects will be felt next year as well. In fact it may be too late to correct at all the current year. Too little, too late... not the best move, not the best financial situation. All this is not proper for a team like Barca as they should have enough managerial talent to better understand the situation and use the resources more wisely. This is making La Liga a bit boring as Spain mostly depends on having Real and Barca in good shape and then the rest.

I really expect Barcelona to get better, and Xavi is getting those players he wants for his style of play, they didn't waited too long to start getting some players and thats great for them. I am expecting them to be doing a lot better in the second half of the season.
That Haaland news still sounds too weird to me, I doubt that they would add another 20% of the debt on top of the current debt they have, it would be a silly move if you ask me but if they can somehow manage to do that, and also Real gets Mbappe by the end of the season, we may have another period of ronaldo vs messi in la liga. It would make people watch a lot more and would make teams earn a lot more as well for sure.

I think that all normal football fans would like Xavi Hernandez to overcome the problems and Barcelona again represented a formidable force that would fight for the highest titles not only in the domestic championship, but also in the international arena. It is not usual to see such declines in Atletico Madrid, there are not many injured players of the main squad and their schedule of games is no more difficult than Real or Sevilla. Barcelona is experiencing a Covid-19 storm crisis after confirming that 10 of their players have been affected by Covid 19. After before seven Barcelona players tested positive for Covid 19, now three important pillar players of Barcelona were declared positive for Covid 19 such as Sergino Dest, Philippe Coutinho and Ez Abde. If Barcelona were playing at home, their chances would be closer to 1.5-1.6 I think. The chances in the pair Atletico - Rayo Vallecano are really very ridiculous, Atletico has one point less, while being quoted as if after the first half it is leading by 2 goals. The results of the games, in my opinion, will be random (due to the fact that they will take place immediately after the New Year's celebration), so it probably makes sense to bet on the underdogs.
