From what I felt after watching this match, Real Madrid's overall performance was similar to the previous matches. Only Bellingham's performance has been slightly weaker. And Bellingham's poor performance kept Madrid from winning. Madrid had 63% ball possession in this match. A total of 22 shots on goal, while Rayo Vallecano's players made only 4. I would say because the team was dependent on Bellingham's performance. So the impact of Bellingham not playing well has been seen in the overall squad. While Joselu managed to hit some good shots, Vini's performance was as usual very poor.

So far I can say Jude Bellingham is the best signing of the summer because he has transformed Real Madrid to a more deadly attacking side. yeah.. calling a player/signing the best at early season is too soon, in fact his high price and expectation align to his current form, so its not surprising. but appreciation to a new player that gives big impact immediately to a big club is well deserved. he's not only the future of RMadrid, but also the future of England and football.
but I think his current role is not sustainable, he's not going to keep scoring every game, madrid need a new world class striker to fulfill his ability at midfield as central midfielder after Modric/Kroos retired. I think that's madrid's plan.

Since none of the teams you mentioned can afford to give some of their most important players a rest, I doubt that your assumption will turn out to be correct. Players who have to take a break because of injuries pr bad physical conditions will of course get their needed break, but all other players who are fully available and fit will also play. I would be surprised if one of the coaches decides to let some of the best players sit on the bench, risking to lose important points in the fight for the La Liga title. It never worked that way and I am sure this is the case to date.

Girona have taken the lead from Real Madrid!    It is really difficult to believe normally but it has happened. Girona are making this league even more exciting right now honestly. Despite leaving twelve weeks behind they still manage to be in the race for the league title. They aren't strong against big teams though.

However as long as they continue to win against low or mid-level opponents during the season they should be more than fine. They are already way above their target for this season. They make an impression like they can finish the season in top 4 for now.

I do agree that it was a shocking result and everyone was shocked to see them not have a win there. They were capable of beating everyone and everyone thought that they could end up getting more and more win, and yet they ended up failing. It's definitely a shocker without a doubt, nobody saw that coming, but also at the same time teams do end up with a loss here and there sometimes, I think that's an important thing.

I believe that we can't really end up with anything different on the long run, we need to accept the fact that even the best teams do end up with a loss time to time and could end up with these type of draws. It's just how football is, and could be a little bit different one way or another.
