for UEL I'm starting to doubt they can make it to the final or even win here because as you said, the competitors are a lot of strong teams there and maybe like you said Atletico Madrid can be a stumbling block and not only that, there are still Napoli and even Dortmund here
For the top 4 positions, this might happen as long as they can be consistent, on the other hand teams like Sevilla, Real Betis or even Athletico have to have a bad day before they can be in that position

It is an interesting coincidence that Real Madrid and Elche are going to play against each other one more time this time in the La Liga. It was a really great game and Real Madrid managed to advance to the next stage by defeating Elche 2-1. They did it even with 10 players which was impressive. And this time, Real Madrid would have their full lineup as usual. Elche are on a winning streak of two games maybe but they wouldn't be able to resist Real Madrid here in this game. Real Madrid would be the winner by two goals at least.

Real Madrid is no match for Elche, I can confidently say that Real Madrid will win easily. What's more Real Madrid are competing with Sevilla in the standings, their point difference is only 4 points at the moment.

I predict that Real Madrid will win by 3 goals difference at the Santiago Barnabeu.

Everything doesn't seem to be going according to plan, that's really a fact that Barcelona have had to accept this season. They are almost certain to lose everything this season and surely it is an achievement that Xavi never dreamed of before when he decided to coach Barcelona. Funny, but also concerning.

Barcelona's only chance is the Europa League, but they haven't been very good in many games. Other teams are playing well while they are struggling to score more goals. The problem is, Xavi has not managed to get the striker he really wants.

Fesatmas, I will remain optimistic that Barcelona can occupy the top 4 positions this season as their best achievement this season. They have failed in all competitions for the title and most recently they also failed in the Copa del Rey which was beaten by Bibao 3-2.

Finishing the season in the top 4 is a target that Barcelona must achieve after all the failures they have experienced so far. They have improved the quality of the game but they are not too savage in goal mouth and they are also weak in defence. I'm optimistic about it, so don't ignore them so soon.

There is no doubt about this right now it is biggest question around Barcelona that they can achieve this target or no, but now I am feeling they can do because Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad performance giving them this chance these both top ranked teams lost points very frequently and now having some average start after break with Barcelona is also performing good because now they are also realizing that after losing spot in Champions League and now Copa del ray they have this chance to stay in for next season if they fail then surely club is going in more financial trouble.

Currently, Xavi is also trying his best for very good and respectable fight back for his club, which is very important for many stakeholders with this club.

It is very much possible that top four and Europa league qualification might just be hard for Barcelona.
If Xavi is building something,then he shouldn't be bothered about what position they are in the table,he should be concentrating on making those players blend well together so he can get that result he wants.

It is very much possible that top four and Europa league qualification might just be hard for Barcelona.
If Xavi is building something,then he shouldn't be bothered about what position they are in the table,he should be concentrating on making those players blend well together so he can get that result he wants.

If we talk about Xavi's return to Barcelona as a head coach, it is clearly not for winning titles this season, because I think the club's management understands the depth of the whole crisis in which the team is. Everyone would certainly be happy if they managed to take the trophy at the same time, but now the club's management and Xavi personally have completely different tasks, which consist in correcting all the imbalances that have been dominating the team for several seasons and many of which rest on the financial part. Therefore, of course, someone can gloat about trophies or arrange a universal tragedy about this, and Xavi and the club's management just have to roll up their sleeves and continue their work to correct the situation no matter what. At least, Xavi himself said after the defeat by Atletic that he did not like such a word as failure and the club had two wars left that the club would fight to the end: La Liga and the Europa League.

Barcelona need to be champion from Europe League despite they can't finish with top four position and have special way pass to champion league next year with this way as winner in Europe League. Not bigger expectation before and after Xavi Hernandez replace Koeman position because for the first Barcelona fans ask Xavi Hernandez become new manager but now maybe they will disappointed what result got Barcelona with Xavi as new coach. Just like I was expecting, Espanyol was beaten by Real Betis yesterday. Is was really an interesting match to watch. Although, Espanyol was the first to goal, they scored their first goal 14 minutes into the game. Unfortunately for them, Betis got a penalty kick which they Scored and probably equalize the score. While, they were able to secure more 3 goals, which made the match to end with a 1-4 score. Also, Rodriguez scored his first goal of the season against Espanyol yesterday.

However, Betis has increased their points gap from Atletico Madrid to 7, while Espanyol are still at the 11th place.

Real Betis took advantage of Espanyol's weak defense. If Espanyol's forward lineup is a bit better then the defense is very weak. Real Betis attacked a lot, probably they made 15 shots in the entire match. In the first half we saw the dominance of players from both teams. But Espanyol slowly retreated. Real Betis maintained their dominance in the second half and scored two more goals. If Espanyol want to do well in the upcoming matches, they should look at their defense now.

The match against Elche will be an easy win for Real Madrid because Real Madrid is in good shape and they will play at home (the crowds will be additional motivation for Real Madrid). If they can beat Elche in the Copa del Rey, then there is no reason for Real Madrid to drop points against Elche in La Liga which is certainly their main target to get trophies this season.

Real Madrid definitely doesn't want Sevilla to get a chance to get closer, because most likely Sevilla will be able to beat Celta Vigo.

I too agree that Real Madrid are the favourites to win this game, but I hope they don’t play with over confidence and try and score goals quickly to make sure Elche can’t spring a surprise and defeat them. They have had a good form against Valencia, and it shows that Valencia haven't won them Athletico Madrid since October 2014 winning 8 and drawing 4 in the process.

You are right. Since it is a home match, the opponent and weak. At least 3 goals should be scored. But somehow if Elche's players can score the first goal of the match then the scenario of the match will change completely. We have also seen in the past when weak teams perform against a strong team, and somehow score the first goal, then they start playing defensively. Then opposing players then have trouble scoring goals. So from the beginning of the match, Real Madrid has to play well and score first.
