Barca and Sevilla have reached an agreement in principle for Jules Kounde. The deal is 99% closed, unless there is a cataclysm in the next few hours, the Sevilla center back will be a Barça player. I don't know how Barca are still out there buying players but I think its a pretty good snatch, if it goes through.

Barcelona signing this player is a very good addition to the Barca team,they have done reasonably in this summer transfer window,bringing in Lewandowski,Rafinha and probably Kounde now.I believe their coach is really out for something serious this time,and definitely next season will be a season that they may claim the Lalliga tittle.They swill give a stiff competition to Madrid.
