Frankly, I can't be good for Real Madrid. Yes, you're right, there are still 45 minutes. Ancelotti will try to make tactical changes and close the score gap. I wonder what Xavi will do here, if he tries to spread the game over time tactically it could be a mistake, I think they should continue to create pressure and position. Finishing the first half ahead with two goals is a great advantage, I think they can protect it. If Real Madrid continues to make mistakes in defence, even the gap can be widened in the second half.

Not every day luck does shine on teams, they had that during the last Champions league and it favours them that we all celebrated their hard work, but this is entirely different. Pedri scored the third goal to solidly their win against Real Madrid giving  Barcelonas coach Xavi, his first trophy and a much needed one at that. I along with others, I’m sure had thought that Real Madrid might just win the match with some difficulty but the game went otherwise as Barcelona had played and won the game with some ease.
Real Madrid defense was whack as they allowed Barcelona forward to continuously make attempts at goal and it paid off with 3 goals. Great game.
I believe a lot of people had placed bets on Real Madrid winning the game. That’s a bet lost.

Real Madrid is 2 goals behind Barcelona at the moment in the first half. Obviously this is the fault of Madrid's defense. Barcelona played well in the first half and as a result they managed to create some good chances to score.

I hope Ancelotti can rack his brains to change the game strategy in the second half because I think in the first half they were too bad. I remain optimistic about Real Madrid in this game, we still have the second half. It's not an easy job after going 2 goals down, but I think we can do it.

Madrid were totally outplayed by Barcelona in every aspect of the match. The score line doesn't even tell the whole story if you watched the match. Barcelona were so impressive. There where even glimpses of Pep's Barca at some point in the game. Barcelona linked up well, defended together, pressed together and even attacked together. They played as a team and left Madrid chasing shadows.
Congrats to Barcelona, they really deserved this. They were impressive against Betis until the subs ruined the game but xavi learnt from that and didn't repeat the same mistake today. Now they'll turn their attention to the league where the face Getafe without their main man, Lewandoski.

The match is over already, Barcelona won the match. They won with big scores, clearly seen Real Madrid isn't in a good condition. I don't know why Real Madrid defenders performed poorly lately, what's happening with them?    As far as I know, Real Madrid defense is one of the best defenses this season, but it seems over already. Since Casemiro left Real Madrid, there is a big change in Real Madrid play style. Ancelotti must be aware of this, he must fix this problem as soon as possible.

Atletico Madrid didn't have a very surprising day. We have all known them about how bad they perform for so many weeks. This didn't change against Almeria as well today. I didn't understand Reguilon too. He just entered the game in the 67th minute and got two yellows in a short time after. I'm sure he will be warned after making a very simple mistake like this.

But without the red card Atletico Madrid wouldn't still win this game. They were still dealing with the same issues. They need to be better at finishing up the attacks with goals. Scoring only one goal in such games isn't acceptable considering their potential.

It was not possible to watch this match, but I will say that the result surprised me. I see from the statistics that these were two different halves, in the first half Real  shot the goal of Barcelona only once, it's hard to believe that this is possible. I did not expect that Real could lose like that, one could talk about the importance, but this is the final. Congratulations to Xavi on his first trophy, he might actually win La Liga.

Regardless of how most people have underestimated Barcelona so far, the best proof of this is beating Real Madrid in the Super Copa final. Xavi's first title win with Barcelona deserves appreciation, they have all worked hard and managed to beat the best team at the moment. This win is really great because they excelled in every way during the match, and I'm really happy with this achievement.

Barcelona deserves to celebrate even if it's not a bigger competition than La Liga or any other. Yet any accomplishment is sure to be great even if one or two of us just take it for granted. One thing is true, congrats to Barcelona.

They fully deserved it as they were in a much better day than Real Madrid was.They crushed Real Madrid early in the first half and that gave them the needed boost in confidence to continue playing that good and going up to 0-3 at a certain point while Real Madrid only managed to score in the 90th minute of the game.

I think this also shows that is going to be very difficult for Real Madrid this year in the title fight against Barcelona,Barcelona is clearly in a much better shape and consistency in their games.This makes more value when we think that when Barcelona started this La Liga they did not start in the right way.

Yea, the final result of Atletico Madrid and Almeria was also quite surprising, moreover, Atletico Madrid also got a red card in the match. That is of course very annoying, is not it? Wow!! They tried by scoring 1 goal. I was thinking that they would not scored any goal again because Barcelona was oppressing them with a full force. We that God that they didn't lose with the 0-3, it was a very big shame and embarrassment.

I totally agree, this trophy proves that Barcelona made the right choice of coach. Despite the fact that the formation was not fast - it gave its result and now the team even in its championship shows good results, and the cup is the proof. the most difficult thing is to win La Liga. I would also like to mention the game of a young player, who gave two assists and scored a goal, a talent!

Barca showed their claim in the league by taking this trophy. Real Madrid should be afraid. Xavi has won his first trophy, there's no doubt there will be more to come. Gavi - Pedri midfield is very productive. Lewandowski is just the striker they need. Whenever a goal is needed, he takes the stage.
Frankly, I didn't expect Real Madrid to be so ineffective. Camavinga was bad, midfield wasn't enough. I think it's time for the old players to change. They can't keep up with young rivals.
If it continues like this, Barcelona will win the league more easily.
