I agree that this was a beautiful comeback by Real Madrid, however they need to work on their defences because it was not upto the high standards set by them. Furthermore I yet believe that Real Madrid can win the La Liga title, because matches like these are a reminder of their champions mentality and thus I believe that this mentality will be the key difference as the season progresses.

Maybe this is a strategy that the Real Madrid club must change as optimally as possible, they have to change a little from their defense to get even better, lately Real Madrid's games have been getting more interesting, even this comeback match is very meaningful for the Real Madrid club, now we believe that Real Madrid will be able to win the La Liga title, even though barcelona slaughtered Real Madrid in the Super Cup match yesterday, we still believe that Real Madrid can win this La Liga Cup.

Absolutely. I think that we all expected Real Madrid to lose or, at most, draw, after their horrible start of the match losing by 2-0; but, although they were visitors, they managed to score three goals and eventually win the game. It will be interesting to see Real Madrid and Barcelona compete for the Cup (Copa del Rey), if both teams manage to reach the final, as it can be an opportunity for Madrid to amend their loss in the Super Cup. Otherwise, Barça's chances for the triplet (League and both Cups) will be really high.

Villarreal played well in the first half, they dominated attacks on Real Madrid's defense and that's why Real Madrid lost in the first half with 2 goals. Real Madrid's defense has been in trouble lately even though they were able to win in the end. But lucky, Real Madrid qualified for the next round after a 2-3 comeback from Villarreal.

There is indeed a possibility that Real Madrid and Barcelona will meet again in the Copa Del Rey regardless of whether it is in the quarter-finals, semi-finals or maybe the final. I'm expecting Real Madrid vs Barcelona in the final, it's going to be so much more to look forward to.

Worse still, Villarreal was the same time that inflicted a loss to Real Madrid in la Liga not so long ago, therefore seeing Villarreal lead Real Madrid by 2 goals in First have made me feel it was over for them. Last Night's match was more like those late night UCL comebacks that Real Madrid had last season. I guess the never-say-die attitude is still there in the club, but there is much need on improving the defense. It's in so much shambles lately.

The fact is that Villarreal has proven that Real Madrid cannot be underestimated at any time and in any current competition.
Villarreal had forced Real Madrid to be under pressure for more than 50 minutes of regular time, but in the second half Real Madrid managed to find a way to comeback and score 3 goals.

Real Madrid must improve the quality of their defense better if they want to win the title this season, while if not then they will have to give up a lot of competition without a title this season. Then they can't just rely on Benzema to score goals, so Madrid also need a good striker to replace Benzema when it get stuck.

Barcelona have all it takes to be crowned laliga champions with incredible performance from their players. The team is becoming stronger without beckoning on any player in their games, Robert Lewandowski and Raphina seems to be enjoying their prime time in barça after lifting their first trophy for their new club. They're ranked first on the league table with topping their pre-eminent rival Real Madrid with 3 points. Barça will face real betis who are sitting at spot six on the table, wouldn't be a hard knot for the bluagrana to crack despite been away in the game.

Of course Barcelona have a good possibility of winning the La Liga title this season, but it is still too early to draw conclusions.
Barcelona's defense is good so far, they are still strong in defense especially in La Liga where Barcelona have conceded only 6 goals in their last 16 matches and they are the only team with the lowest number of goals conceded so far.

I think Don Carlo has to improve the performance of his troop which has experienced a decline in several matches.

Chasing games to win is not a good approach, if they were not lucky, they would have lost the game.

Chance is always an important factor in many sports, and football is not any different. Otherwise, if the outcome of the games were generally foreseeable, betting companies wouldn't be profitable. We tend to think that some games' results are evident, but that false sense of control is what makes us lose most of the times when we make our bets.

Carlo Ancelotti has more and more doubts now, he was doubtful when he handled Real Madrid but now the doubts are getting bigger when Real Madrid's performance is declining. However, the most surprising thing was when Villareal vs Real Madrid, in that match again Real Madrid struggled to win and even had to fall behind in the first round with a score of 0-2. However, in the second half it seemed that Ancelotti had changed the formation pattern and included Dani Ceballos and Marco Asensio as the masterminds of the attack, as a result Real Madrid's game was much more lively and was able to turn things around for Real Madrid's victory with a score of 3-2 until the last minute.

In this match a key player as well as MOTM must be given to Dani Ceballos because he contributed a lot such as assists and he also scored goals for Real Madrid's victory.

There was definitely a sense of urgency when Real scored, because they really wanted to get out of that pit they dug themselves in. Losing a few games like that back to back would have some momentum troubles and it would have caused them to lose one cup they would have a high chance of winning.

They are second in the league and could win it maybe, and they are in UCL and if they are lucky they could get it again, but when we are talking about copa del rey, that is the easiest they could win, just field the best 11 on the squad and you should be able to beat everyone, smaller teams because you are better and bigger teams because you have your aces on the field when they don't.

The strategy implemented by Real Madrid did not work effectively, they were still lucky because the players in the squad were able to show hard work that allowed them to still give their best for the results of the match. I can't imagine when the players who are now key to their game are no longer in the squad. Maybe it will be a very significant decrease. They had to move as quickly as possible to solve the problems they were now facing. In the future the schedule of matches they will play will be very tight, and surely they will be forced to rotate players, and that's when the vulnerability will be even greater.

I hope Dani Ceballos can continue to stay at Real Madrid until next season. Even though he currently doesn't have a definite place in the main line-up, if he continues to contribute to his performance I think he will gain more trust from Carlo Ancelotti. Indeed, currently the midfield still has Luka Modric and Toni Kross, it seems that it will be difficult as long as these senior players leave or retire.

Real Madrid did not have any control over this match in the first half. I believe that Real Madrid could have done better in the first half and especially on the defensive side of things. I know that Real Madrid has a great record of making comebacks. But that does not disregard the fact that it is still very scary. Real Madrid could have very easily lost that match.

And yes I also agree that Real Madrid will have to play a lot of matches in a very short period of time. So, I think there will be some problems for Real Madrid players to perform consistently in all those matches.

You are right. Real Madrid's team is now somewhat unstable. Their performance against Barcelona was not satisfactory. Their performance was poor and as a result they were defeated. They also lost against Villarreal in La Liga. And if this performance continues, they will be relegated to both the Champions League and La Liga. They need to stabilize their squad. In particular, they need to fix their defensive lineup. If the defense is not strong, it is impossible to win against the big teams. They will play against Liverpool in the Champions League. Liverpool is a very experienced team.

If not for the fact that Villareal was a little bit loose in the midfield than it was, I don't think Real Madrid will be lucky enough to get such a comeback. They still made the same mistake there did against Barcelona, giving too much pace for the opposite side to penetrate in the early hours of the match. Carlo Ancelotti's boys were quite lucky in the match against Villareal and will learn from it, and it is important they find a way to fix it before the tough matches ahead.

Ancelotti's strategy didn't work out perfectly in the first half, Villarreal continued to press in the first half, so Ancelotti's strategy didn't go well. Villarreal's performance was very impressive and was able to score a quick goal in the fourth minute through an assist by Gerard Moreno and completed by Etienne Capoue, towards the end of the first half Samuel Chukwueze added to Villarreal's lead. Ancelotti began to respond in the second half, Dani Ceballos and Marco Asensio came on for Toni Kroos and Rodrygo.

Substitutions made by Ancelotti managed to make Real Madrid find the rhythm of the game, Vinicius Junior scored the first goal, while Eder Militao and Dani Ceballos completed two goals for Real Madrid's victory in that match, Dani Ceballos' impressive performance must be a consideration for Ancelotti to give him more playing time.

Real Madrid has not been in form for a while, I can't say that I like their performance. They can make silly mistakes, especially in the critical minutes of the match. I don't think it's a team like it used to be.
Their opponent in the next match has almost equal strength. At least it can be said that Real Madrid is in a slightly better position. We may see a surprise result in this match and both teams can score points. If Real continues to lose points, it will be really hard for the end of the season

Even at home they can to win against Atletico Madrid at November, meanwhile Celta Vigo in 16th place but their last 5 matches in La Liga are not too bad. This match maybe equally strong so I think there will be a draw, what do you think guys?

Looking at the head to head statistics for the two teams proves that both are equally strong, but certainly at home, Mallorca is far superior in this match. Celta Vigo are almost at the relegation zone line at the moment, if they are able to win this match they can immediately move up to 12th in the standings and shift Valencia's position. Maybe my prediction is 1-0 for Mallorca to win.
