Xavi is a coach, so it doesn't look like the punishment is that long and as far as I know, when a coach gets a red card, it seems like the coach only misses one match so Xavi can't accompany the team in the match. You may be right, or you may be wrong about Las Palmas and Cadiz. Both teams are often underrated, but they could be the team to stop Barcelona's good run towards the end of the season. It is a matter of age and less a matter of motivation.
