This can be seen on many online platforms, that there is hardly any interaction with users via Twitter. I think this is also due to the fact that it is very difficult to discuss and respond to accusations there - which would certainly have been the case with the introduction of KYC at Roobet and would have unnecessarily raised dust, possibly scaring off new users. So I understand that they are deliberately focusing on purely advertising promotions (and things like that) via Twitter.

@UserU from what I understand casinos focus on forums like these, and blog posts for publicity because they can calculate their ROI from it. However when it comes to Twitter, anyone can create mass fake accounts and take their posts down, and till the time they pay and continue to interact it’s fine if they’re less active on Twitter.

That's the issue with most casinos I come across. They should be communicating with players so at least there's "human interaction". I'm pretty sure we would be satisfied if a representative or owner directly responds to our tweets, regardless of the situation.

For freebies, no one would care but if players have issues, social medias are a powerful tool to make or break a brand.

Below is what I would call of a good example of public relations. The owner himself (of a site which I promote, but solely for the sake of discussion here and not as a self-advertising material to respect the rules) responds to inquiries/ complaints of his own site. And while the official account handle (500) itself is managed separately by a manager, TheSuspect still makes an effort to address concerns.



Now that's a brand that we all would want to be part of.

I'm not sure if absolutely-positioned manages the social media as well but one thing for sure, Roobet's PR skills are really abysmal if you check their Twitter. Near-zero interactions with users, just promotional posts and nothing else.

Well maybe Roobet is confident about the movement of their career in crypto meaning they need not much to focus in most spam social media nowadays in which twitter .

and also @Hhampuz is watching this thread and i believe as part of the campaign bosses he mostly relies the conversation here if there is worth to be discussed .

They are spending so much on marketing that's why they don't need to b active on here or maybe on social media, but its  really nice to have a representative that will interact to their community since it will add fun especially if we talk about gambling and promotions.

Casinos with many choices for withdrawal and deposit has an edge to others who doesnt have it. Because it can give the players the option of what they prefer and most convenient for them. But since roobet already have ltc, for me its already enough but of course if they will add other altcoins that has cheaper transactions that would be even better.

Even though I am wanting or much prefer Roobet to have more variety of choices for coin deposit and withdrawal,  I do think that they will just stick on what they have right now.
ETH doesn't require high transaction fees right now compared to recent times.

The gas fees are down at this time due to less transactions being made and Market being bearish at this time but still if the network is congested and you want to confirm your withdrawal you may have to pay high fees deducting your profits with some over expected margins which is why more options are needed.But if you also try to evolve your small withdrawal with big amount of profits then fees issue can be resolved.Until then hope for new options and keep betting.

That is not necessarry IMO, they do their jobs, and probably will just respond if there are concerns that are needed to be addressed. As far as I know, they allowed accounts withdraw even without filling up that Level 1 KYC that they intruduced recently.

It is easy to do that when there are not too many people, but overtime it becomes more and more of a problem. Like Elon Musk can't talk with each tesla owner who has a complaint right? We all know that, but he does make tweets that are "funny" (to some people I suppose) and that is the type of thing needed. If Roobet staff or owner or whoever responsible comes up and writes something then everyone will attack, if you had like 100 tweets directed at you per day then it will become 1000 or even more because that is how it works in twitter if someone shows one weakness then everyone just jumps on it.

This is why I think it is dangerous to play this game you suggest, would it be better if they write personal things that look like human interaction instead of "please dm us with your ticket number" or "here is our promotion of the week!" and nothing more, yeah that would be good for business, but it would also be a lot of responsibility and risk taking.

Yes, you're right that their Twitter account is just for promotion purposes, in my case I didn't know their support contact before so I DMed their Twitter and they responded in less than an hour, but that only happened once and never happened again.

We don't have to expect anything from the creator of this thread because his account is no longer active so the best thing to do is to contact them at their support mail and let them know your concern or queries. But you can ask questions here in their thread and others who know will give and help you here.

No coin is an exception to the mempool congestion, whenever the number of transaction increases like what happened with bitcoin when there is a blackout in China the transaction fee hiked over $20 but that is temporary so now the fee for the fastest transaction on a bitcoin network is just 1 sat/byte which is just not even going to be in cents if the transaction has 1 input and 1 output.

But giving a wide variety of choices may attract more customers as well but it will increase the expenses on the casino side so they may do it when they make enough profit from it.

That is just simply wrong. There are tons of coins like doge and tron where things are cheap, even bnb is technically cheap even though it is not that much cheap compared to many others but it is still cheap compared to bitcoin and ethereum.

If you list tron, that means we could use most of the exchanges in the world to trade whatever coin we have into tron in the amount we want to gamble, withdraw that from exchange, deposit it to roobet and gamble here and then send it back if we win or just want to send the remaining, and all of that would cost under 1 dollar total. So congestion is a very limited thing, it just bothers few coins and that's it, there isn't a high fee long waiting time for almost all coins, it is simply just a few of them. Hence, I believe if we have 10+ coins then that means we will have coins that are very quick and nearly free as well.

This is the benefits of diligent and reputed manager that they keep regular track of the threads and campaign they are managing.If you have any issue related to that site at first you can contact the support team and wait for reply and if there is no confirmation then you can contact the manager and ask him for his help and if it is valid and matter of concern the manager will communicate with the team to solve the issue.

I agree with you, mostly when social media accounts are handled they are only for promotions, in fact it is possible that they have a manager only for social networks, and they may not have the ability to solve technical or other problems, without However, it is best for them to escalate the problems to the relevant department so that they can attack the problem and give the best response to the client. Because there are games that requires High bets in which i believe is reasonable for the gambling site at the same time for the gambler also.
