This problem is unfortunately as old here in the forum as there are signature campaigns at all. People are paid for the number of posts and not for their quality (or there are only a few campaigns where quality is an explicit criterion).

Honestly signature campaigns are a hit or miss type of situation. I have been involved with it for many years now, probably since it started because I love bitcointalk and why not be here. But, I have seen too many low quality projects and campaigns that make it worse, so basically while earning money by writing here, you end up making it worse and then people earn a lot less because we have too many low quality posters here, and campaign managers do not know if you are one of them or not. 1xbit is one of them, but I rather not talk about them on roobet topic to be honest, roobet is a legit place that everyone loves and they are definitely one of the top places so they are not really cause of any of this trouble. Let us not bother their topic with anymore of this, any negative talk about some other place may sound wrong when you write it here and may hurt roobet.

the ones who are more interested to contribute for fun, learning or enjoyment, and other group that is here because of the money of the signature campaigns

Hhampuz did a great job with Roobet, he helps this platform a lot and yeah he deserve good payments though I’m confident that he is receiving enough because he stays with Roobet. I believe those good managers have their own team to manage the whole campaign, because that is a huge responsibility and its hard for one person to handle it.
