Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

The important thing is that it is not mandatory now, and that is quite enjoyable and usable, some casinos are quite rigorous with their rules and do not give space or dug for something else, I think that Roobet is doing things very well, it is a casino who, as Player one feels comfortable and safe, he is also positioned in one of the casinos who trust here more, and the reputation in this case is everything, at least I as a player I think this is the best, our money here is Sure, in addition that in the jeugos offered by one can have fun with the security that if a retreat is made quickly.

If thats true then its a good news. Because the level 1 kyc is implemented suddenly that players cant play if you dont comply. Maybe for the gamblers who leave the site before because of this requirement can also come back again without the need of complying to level 1 kyc.

But I wonder if that is still the case for new registered user?

It is good to see it was lifted up but sooner or later, unavoidably in future we will see more KYC requirements on cryptocurrency accepted platform from exchanges to gambling sites. If a gambling site operates in area in which AML, KYC is required by government, they can not avoid it if they don't move their company to other locations.

I don't see anything bad with KYC if it will be a mandatory thing in future. It is just don't put all of your capital into one account, one wallet, store it all on one exchange or one casino. If you do it, when shit happens, your capital vanishes too.

The attachment image itself clearly stated that it is now their standard operating procedure for all accounts. New might not be required to undergo KYC promptly but they will be asked soon same other existing accounts as the support clearly stated that other accounts might not be asked if they already submit the form. I knew that they want this to be discreet as much as possible that's why the support word is very limited on the statement but I want to know what is the requirements for level 1 KYC.
KYC has been the topic in this thread for more than a Year now , aren't we stopping from this? and YES Roobet is asking for KYC and  this is how they wanted the site to go on , if we cannot comply then it is easy , never play on the site  as they are not forcing us to play , but at least one thing I want people to be assured , that you are playing in one of the safest casino ever created and that is roobet.com.

What do you mean by the requirements for level 1 KYC?
Are you referring to what will be going asked or the information required? Then it's only your full name, birthday, and address.

Since I don't yet submit, are there any benefits if qualify for level 1 verification?

@SquirrelJulietGarden, not only your capital will vanish, but you can also be a victim of identity theft if ever shit happens especially if you submitted documents like ID.

I believe that one should always be ready to do KYC, because if it’s not done your funds can be blocked and whether Roobet asks initially or later one should comply quickly if they wish to play on the site. Furthermore those who’re concerned about KYC should read their KYC policies, and like I stated before they’re using a 256 bit encryption for the data, hence it’s safe to share the mandatory KYC details with them.

As far as I can remember, it was not mandatory when they started, but like a year ago, then started a Level 1 verification. I know this because I used to play slots on Roobet during my downtime on the pandemic. However, I would be honest, that I was completely caught off guard by the Level 1 verification so I haven't used their sites for a long time now.

I will reckon that it will be the case for new registered users. They have implemented it already so I will assumed that they will continue to mandate it.

For sure it has to be done with the law that's why they implement this and there are many platform required to have KYC upon using their services so I guess this one also happen here. But what good thing is Roobet is earned there reputation so for sure this will eliminate the risk for our datas provided to them and also for sure they will not leak those data's everywhere.

Most provably they will continue this and expect that we can also see this required on other platform we used because crypto is already gaining more popularity and government slowly implementing some law for its users protection and taxation.

The regulations I know about KYC (and which are valid in the EU, for example) require exactly that, yes. Companies like Roobet are not allowed to do the checks themselves, but KYC is done by an external and certified company. However, since Roobet is not based in the EU, I do not know if this also applies here.
But the main thing is: the data would have to be deleted immediately after the review and may not be kept. Whether anyone adheres to this is of course another question ...
But i don't think so that data is deleted immediately as most of them tend to save it for some period in their database for some verifications don't know but this issue has been raised beforehand also. The data leak chances are definitely there if third party is at breach whosoever do this task based in EU so your personal information is at risk there but some more secured ways should be there.
I also believe that we are talking about a situation where EU laws do not apply if a company is not from EU, so there isn't really any requirement for them not to hold it. Maybe they are still holding it and they are not deleting it? How would we know? Or they are doing their own checks themselves? How would we know? Is there any way of knowing if they are the ones that does the checking or not?

As far as I know, even if they follow the rules and the laws, they could literally loophole around them as well. Like let’s say they are required to get a third party to do it, what if someone from the company, or a family member, or a friend opens one up, and does it, and that’s basically following the law?

but why is it that if you have not done your KYC you will be allowed to fund your account

Because they don't have control or access to your wallet to stop you from depositing on their site.  It is our responsibility to read the TOS, understand them or inquire to the online support if we don't understand something that is written on their TOS.  The support team is always there to assist and clarify things about the TOS.

and when some sites seems your funds during benefiting from the site and they will be threatening the person or the customer to have a KYC or the account will be blocked

One thing is for sure, if they are not scam sites then you breach their TOS.

If you do tend to compare the level of KYC needed of Roobet compared into other sites which is mostly with fiat then this one is just not too strict i would say yet its only level 1 and does require a small

amount of information which a certain user could neither input his real information or not and then you could proceed on what are the things you do like to do.
Speaking with those threatening then it would really be depending on what site you've been dealing with because if you do just stick with known gambling sites then
you cant really just have this kind of worries.

Yeah it wasn't mandatory at all, but I am guessing that they grew too big, because when they first started they didn't had this type of problems and money, but right now they are doing millions of dollars. Which means that, in order for them to claim that to their bank accounts, they need to make the business as legit as it gets.

I do not where they live, but let's assume a random nation like Germany, if you are a German, and you own a company in Bahamas or Costa Rica or whatever, and then send that money to your German bank, there could be problems. But if you register it like Malta or something and ask KYC and legit, then you can send that money without an issue. When you make 10k a month, you can spend that as crypto, but when that is 1 million a month, you need to become a bit more legit.

There are other site who are still KYC free despite of earning big profit from their site so most probably this is not the main reason why Roobet implement this. As expected, many will still discuss this over time and can’t still move on since KYC is a big thing here. If they lift it for now, for sure they will implement it again later on. If you are with Roobet and still want to play on this site better to deal with this since you can’t do anything about this anymore, they are obliged to follow the regulations.

I don't think the one above is a twitter contest but it was a streaming contest where the best streamers of this casino will get pick and can win dollars $$$. It is only posted on twitter apart from this thread. According to what it says here, we can comment on that tweet if who we think can deserve the win.

I think there will also be some kind of a poll but it is true that many kinds of promotions are coming from this casino, from twitter, to their main site and up to this forum. They are really serious on becoming the next best casino but wouldn't be? All of them wants it but not all have the ability to do it because of limited budget and some are afraid to take risks.

the safest way would probably use a system where data is stored briefly in a cryptographic way and deleted after verification
but I bet most of the websites store it indefinitely.
Whether anyone adheres to this is of course another question ...

yes, this is the thing
it'd be easy to do, but probably there are shady companies that don't do it
even heard of a person who had a friend working on a company like that based in Hong Kong and he said they definitely wouldn't delete it after verification

but this is just gossip
would be good to have a way to verify.

I would guess that even if there are other websites that still make more profit, they may or may not be required to do so based on where you are gambling. Like I know one place that registered their side website for UK, and the main stays not registered, and that is how they can work in UK even with their master website.

This is why I have to say it's not really that shocking to see roobet asking for it, while there are some which doesn't. I still think roobet could have avoided this as well, there is no denying that, but at the same time wanting to not avoid and just go straight up with this doesn't seem like a bad idea neither to me.
