There seem to be 2 chains.
The only thing I can think of right now is that the connections time-out when synchronizing.
By default a peer has 5 seconds to answer to a request.

I don't know if this copy and paste from my debug logger window will help. I have been getting some Failed to connect, an INFO: Adjusting time, and a WARNING: Connection error.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Is it normal that two clients are generating most of the blocks or is this because of the forking that is going on?

Only a few accounts are generating I guess it is normal at the early stages.

Getting connection errors are normal because most peers are behind NAT.

I would not advise trading at this point. This is very risky.

Are you going to wait until the bug is resolved before sending the rest of the stakes?

Your the developer and you guess? You don't know how the blocks are generated or under what conditions?

Look, Im not being a dick but looks like there are some serious flaws with Qora, connection errors are not normal as another project I was on was able to work around this. 5 sec timeout? does it retry if it gets no connection?

Mac has its own Java, not sure if compatible with Qora.

You will have to follow these directions to get it to run (don't think clicking on the .bat will work)

For the Mac(version 10 or higher), you’ll need to make sure that you edit your batch file’s permissions so it is executable. So for example, if your batch file is named batch file, one way to change its permissions is to right-click on it, click on “Show Info”, and then change the permissions under “Permissions” to show 755.
What 755 does is to give permissions of 7 to you, 5 to your user group, and 5 to everyone else. With a permission of 7, you can write to the file and execute it. With a permission of 5, you can execute the file but not write to it.
Another way is for you to change permissions of the file is to go into Terminal, and enter this command that changes its permissions. You’ll need to be in the directory that batch-script is in for the following command to work (or you’ll need to specify its full path) chmod 755 batchscript

Now to run your batch file, you just need to either specify the full path to the batch file, or if you are already in the directory where it is located, you can type:

./batchscript

Note that you have to put the “./” in front of your file name, in order to tell Terminal to look for the file in the current directory.

Got a new version that might solve some problems.
Replacing the Qora.jar should be enough.

qora, I believe that should be added to all text fields context menu to copy to the clipboard. Many people prefer to manage the program with the mouse.

It's kind of the same as a private key in Bitcoin. As long as you have the seed you have access to your wallet. If you lost it or if someone get it - you screwed.

Started trying to write a BlockExlporer.

Install Qora on Ubuntu Server.
For this run:
sudo apt-get install openjdk-7-jdk

Folder wallet and data copied from my PC.

and run
java -Xmx256m -Djava.library.path=libs/native -jar Qora.jar -disablegui

When I try to connect to the RPC over PHP gives this message:

Code:
php /var/www/qora/run.php
PHP Warning:  fopen(http://127.0.0.1:9085): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

  thrown in /var/www/jsonRPCClient.php on line 140

jsonRPCClient.php with Bitcoin worked perfectly.

my PHP code:
Code:
<?php

require_once '/var/www/jsonRPCClient.php';

$qoracoin = new jsonRPCClient('http://127.0.0.1:9085');

$blockcount round($qoracoin->GET("blocks/height"));
  echo
$blockcount;
?>

For bitcoin this place looked like this:
  $bitcoin = new jsonRPCClient('http://login:pass@127.0.0.1:9085');

But I found no mention of RPC username and password for Qora.

and here's another
Code:
>curl http://localhost:9085
<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=ISO-8859-1"/>
<title>Error 404 </title>

Please, help!
