Just downloaded qora onto win7 64 bit. I just downloaded latest java version. I run the exe nothing happens?

I'm in the same boat. Qora dev informed me that my share has been sent, but I have not received it on my end.

I've deleted both data and wallet folder (inside Qora folder), and relaunched the client.  Balance is still zero.

Anything else I need to do?

Considering the current condition, my suggestion is relaunch. Dev, please think about it

No need for a relaunch...  this is how it will be from now on...  we will be progressing dynamically...  just expect an updated version of the client soon...  trust me...  there will be many many to come!    

We will see this will be a test weekend it seems. I would not advise to buy and sell this weekend.

Then I'd like to receive my share to participate in this test

Maybe u should modify the run.bat using the newest java.
like this: "C:\Apps\jre8\bin\java.exe" -Xmx256m -Djava.library.path=libs/native -jar Qora.jar -disablerpc

I went back to the initial beta testing and found the solution.

I had to edit run to include the java directory.

Also I couldn't launch the wallet because I messed with different versions. Actually just unistalled older version. Nothing helped until I changed bat file and typed the exact path to java.exe which in my case is C:\Java\bin\java.exe

Java has to be in your PATH to make it find it automaticly.
