Sorry, I'm afraid I'm very confused.   I thought you said you were opposed to the idea of centralized management, and you didn't think a dev fund should be set up. So I assumed you didn't like the committee idea at all. Now you're saying the opposite??

Anyways, dev is too busy right now and preoccupied with too many things. Let's wait til launch so we can pick his brain and see what he thinks of it.  There is no need to rush anything.

First of all we need a Qora's opinion on that matter. What does he think we need to do first: mobile client, exchange, custom design desktop client, dice website, anything else? Then we will gather a fund and start realize it."

The plan for this currency is simple.
step 1: Catch up with other cryptocurrencies.
step 2: Surpass the other cryptocurrencies.
step 3: Staying ahead and marketing.
I will not focus on marketing until all the features are implemented.

I will not create any foundation or do any marketing in the early stages.
I do think there should be a non-profit organization which goal is purely to develop Qora including mobile wallets and light clients.
Having all these applications under one organization would be a huge advantage in attracting outsiders new to cryptocurrency.
There is still lots to do until we get to that stage.
For me the best marketing at this point is being able to provide new features at a steady pace.

So right now we are looking for:
