I have the feeling that the new driver gives improved hashrates only for 270, 280 and 290 cards. My 5870, 5790, 6950s don't show any improvements...

Was about to ask the very same thing.... but I think I'll keep the drivers I have now if no improvement is achieved...

I'm surprised no one is taking on board Groestl Algorithm, it's so much better than all the other Alternatives to Scrypt.

This coin is going to skyrocket very soon !

All pools are on correct fork.

Also, I manually verified poloniex and mintpal exchanges by sending 100 GRS from my wallet to the exchange and then sending it back from exchange to the wallet.
Works just fine.

I think the hardforking went smoothly.

Thanks!

Updating is always recommended. Just updated yesterday and my 290 got a ~45% boost on hashrate. CRAZY

Also, updated the 750 Ti and got a modest 10% boost too.

and remember to remove the old bin files, they need to be rebuilt with the new drivers in order to enjoy the new speed.
also remember more power is needed so, along with summer coming, you might need more effective cooling.

I just signed up for a new trading and exchange site and they are dying for input for new coins .
please sign up and vote for
GROESTLCOIN
and boost this coin to the moon!
it looks like a brand new site as they only have 13-17 coins so far so we can have a head start!!!!!!

https://crypto-markets.com/Vote/Votecoin

I started a service ticket to have it added as per instuctions on their site so PLEASE EVERYONE DO THE SAME!!!!!

they will be choosing the next coin in one day so if we get enough support it will get listed
 by tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!

suprnova.cc is on wrong fork. I've notified the operator once again and the problem should hopefully be fixed shortly.

Other pools seem to be operating fine.

updated to latest wallet now, did not get any info that an update was needed again, sorry !

Sorry I've got a mail that an updated was needed, it simply vanished between all the other pm's.. Well, nevertheless we're all on the correct fork now.

There is something on it. But it seems, it is connected to the kernel, which is loaded to the card. Some people don't complain about 14.6 & X11, some do.

Sorry if this has been asked before.
How does PoS work?
Please point me to detailed information on GRS PoS.
Thanks!

EDIT:
Some specific questions:
- do I need to do something in my wallet to activate minting?
- does the wallet need to be unlocked?
- What about coins temporarily in the exchange and in the pools?
