PSG just returned to winning in Ligue 1 that is not a good indicator for success of a coach in PSG. They want Champions League and hire Luis Enrique to win Champions League. They will wait for performance of their players and Enrique in Champions League and we should wait for it too.

The coach is experienced in Champions League as a player in the past and as a coach with Barcelona but he is assigned a big task in PSG. They have some big losses in this summer, Neymar and Messi left, and seems to rely on Mbappe for scoring goals.

The good thing about Luis Enrique is that he's got a very good experience in the Champions league coaching at Barcelona and that would be very good for PSG cause their coach got a winning mentality and knows what it feels like to lift the trophy so I believe he would work very hard with his team to try archived winning the Champions League which PSG as a team are really desperate for.
 Well even without those big  players they lost, the new signings are beginning to adapt and they had quite a very good performance so far and look like a team that would do well without them being involved, thank goodness they didn't lose Mbappe as well because currently he's he most outstanding player in the team and a key to them performing better in the Champions League.

Basically I expected a lot more from PSG after they scored so much on the first half. But, apparently they felt like the difference was enough which they were obviously true about and they won the game. Luis Enrique is also understanding the chemistry of this team which is good and with this understanding now we can expect good performance in both events French League is currently looking not tough job because Monaco is now leading by only two points and Marseille is also having same eight points, but both are having not enough quality to stand with PSG for the long time, but their main target is still Champions League which things could be not easy like we have here in this league.

I also see that Enrique has no serious challenges to be able to win the Ligue 1 trophy this season, even though they are currently two points behind the Monaco team who are in first place. Enrique came to PSG with the mission of winning the UCL League, and this is a dream that PSG owners have always wanted.

Messi and Neymar are not the problems of Psg, it's just that the club and other players expected too much from them and when they failed to perform or deliver they go angry immediately.

You forgot that if PSG was not barcelona. It's a different thing, even though PSG is now owning him as a coach for the club. Barcelona was still in the best form when it's still coached by him. You can't even compare it with PSG as either of clubs has a different basis.
You shall be aware that if barcelona can be considered as one of the strongest team in the world since a long time ago while PSG was looking strong only in its local league. PSG became a strong team once it has been acquired by khelaifi.

There must be a big evaluation to happen with the club. I must be honest if lyon played like a medriocre team. It is not even the same with lyon last season.

Is it possible that the departure of several players this summer has made Lyon vulnerable on all fronts? If you refer to transfermarkt data, there are indeed several players who have left and actually I don't know whether these players were previously key players or not. For example, Bradley Barcola to PSG, Castello Lukeba to Leipzig, or Romain Faivre to Bournemouth and if you look at each player's position, they are certainly quite influential in the squad.

However, there were other things that also influenced Lyon's failure, such as the absence of Dejan Lovren who was still injured and also the absence of their top scorer last season, Alexandre Lacazette, who received a red card in the previous match against Montpellier. But if you look at the situation this week, it is likely that Alexandre Lacazette has been free from the red card penalty and can strengthen Lyon again in attack.

If Monaco loses in the upcoming match and PSG can win then it is certain that there will be a shift in the ranking of the Ligue 1 leaders and PSG will lead even longer.
However this will only happen if PSG can consistently play well as you said.
Regarding the Champions League there is still a chance for PSG to qualify for the last 16 and continue to the next round if Mbappe can still contribute well in every game.

I am of the same opinion and also Enrique comes from Spain and that can make a difference. I know that Zidane could be the counter example here because he is French and coached Real Madrid and they won three Champions league trophies with him, but it is still a little difference because Zidane is a Real Madrid icon himself, knows and loves the country and the people and speaks the language fluently. I don't think these factors are overwhelmingly important, but they can be of value for sure.

It is a big mistake when a team reshuffles its squad when the team is already in good form and they sell several influential players and are unable to replace them with more qualified players.
