Marseille, Monaco and Lille have performed well so far. With 10 points from 4 matches, Monaco have managed to hold the top spot in the points table. Marseille and PSG are second and third in the table with 8 points. And Lille got 7 points from 4 matches. I think Monaco, Marseille and PSG will fight for the title this season. Ligue One is competitive and we should expects the very best from all the elite clubs this season. I think you checked the standings table wrong last season. Lens finished in 2nd place in last season's competition and not 7th. I think the loss of balance they have built so far is due to several key players from last season who they released in this season's transfer window.
