I think it's still early in the season so there's still a lot of time that Lens can use as best as possible to improve their quality in Ligue 1. It's a bit surprising because last season Lens position was runner up. but this season Lens is at the bottom of the standings because of several defeats  what they experienced. I think there is one thing that makes their game quite bad, especially because of the influence the players have had in the previous season and in this season.

Apparently, they have returned to their previous performance. Last season, Lens had a very impressive record and was even able to beat the position of two big teams, namely Marseille and Monaco. I agree it's early in the season, but what they're showing doesn't show that they were one of the clubs competing for the title last season. It's a problem when a club struggles at the start of the season, especially when that club is one of the clubs considered in the title race. It is still very possible for them to improve their performance, but what if they fail to do so? Surely they will continue to be in the bottom half.
