I'm also not sure that Brest will break PSG's dominance this season because even if PSG makes mistakes in two consecutive matches it won't shift PSG's position either, because this also doesn't always have anything to do without Mbappe playing in the match just because it's to test PSG's abilities without Mbappe and Enrique did it to try a strategy without Mbappe, but in my opinion Enrique is maintaining Mbappe's performance for the upcoming UCL match against Real Sociedad which of course will make it difficult for PSG to win again even though on aggregate PSG is still superior.

So Enrique was seen rotating a lot of players and Enrique deliberately didn't play Mbappe until the end of the second half so that they could get used to being without Mbappe, because next season Mbappe will leave PSG. Their current focus is only on the Champions League, League 1 seems to be in their hands.

I don't want to believe that it is because of the fact that Kylian Mbappe announced that he's going to leave Paris Saint Germaine at the end of the season that Paris Saint Germaine are currently struggling to win games rather I'll blame the club manager for his recent tactical approaches especially in the club's last two league games. The fact that Kylian Mbappe have announced that he's going to leave the club at the end of the season shouldn't be the reason why he should always be subbing him off when he's not complaining of fatigue just because he wants his team to start learning how to play without Mbappe. How Toulouse did managed to win Nice today is actually an interesting game to discuss that did happened In the french league today, to think that Nice is usually at the second position on the table this season which has made them appear like a very tough team this season but then now it looks like they are not in that very good form again due to how much they have been loosing points recently, in their last five games, rhwy have been able to win none as they lost three and drew the other two which is an indicator that they are becoming very weak, from the second position now at the fifth position a d their opponent Toulouse is now at the tenth position after winning four of their recent games and loosing only one, which shows they were mustering some level of improvement recently and are beginning to look strong but then they are not hopeful about getting any close to the top before the end of the season.

One thing that really caught my attention is that Marseille are now very reliable and they are not half-hearted when they win because they have always scored lots of goals so far. It would be very nice when one of the big teams could do this continuously and I think betting on Marseille would be quite promising to win. They have won two matches like this in a landslide and I want to see Marseille maintain this.

I briefly discussed the role of the new coach, Jean-Louis Gasset, who made Marseille as aggressive as it is now and maybe if Marseille still kept Gattuso the results would not be like this. I personally don't really care about PSG two draws in Ligue 1 match because maybe Enrique is still trying out several strategies and tactics and also about a rotation. Because, even though in the last two matches PSG only got a draw, but in reality PSG is still safely at the top of the standings and still has a gap of 9 points with the team that is currently in second place . But indeed,ofcourse it would be a different assessment if PSG failed in the Champions League, because PSG should still get goodresults in the last 16 of the Champions League. That way, I think PSG is still fine at this moment, and for me there is nothing to worry at all about PSG results in Ligue 1 because after all, in the end PSG will still get the Ligue 1 trophy and that's for sure.

Trying with new tactics and player rotations are good for Enrique and PSG as they still have a safe difference against Brest in Ligue 1. With 9 points more than Brest, the closest competitor in Ligue 1, PSG are free to do some tactical trials and rotate their players. Funny how since Mbappe is known for leaving in the summer for Real , PSG are 2 draws in a row and the title fight is kinda back online with Brest being 9 points behind them but I doubt anyone can catch PSG.

Lyon 4 winning streak games ended tonight against Lens in pretty rough way as 3-0 was the final result with Lens being already 1-0 since first half. I think this victory will bring back the good morale for Lens as they are back on 6th place that will lead them towards Europa Conference groups.

Lens managed to perform well in this match, and they were able to minimize Lyon on their own home turf with a fairly heavy score as well. Actually from the beginning Lens was the favorite in this match and the victory was predicted beforehand and they could do it very well. At first Lens was very difficult to penetrate the defense built by Lyon, but in the end they found opportunities that they could convert into a goal in the 43rd minute, so they could end the first half with a 1-goal advantage.
Entering the second half Lens was more confident with the advantage they had and the result they could create 2 additional goals. Lyon who tried to catch up could not do anything, they had to swallow this bitter pill.
