I think it is not about Neymar, the issue is with PSG. I get that he might have been injured for a while now and that made it harder for PSG to justify the amount of money they are paying to him. But he is still an amazing superstar when he plays, and that is why I think they should let him rest and when he recovers he is going to keep playing more games and he would be something special for sure.

Actually I believe that Messi and Neymar both have left their brightest times behind. However PSG don't need their best ever performances now. They just need to see them being more productive than the previous season. This is very important to achieve the Champions League title now. Personally, I believe Messi will not be able to perform very well unless the midfield of the team is proficient at passing. It is true that both Messi and Neymar are not in their prime anymore. But they can still play at the top level of any competition. If PSG just wants to win the league one title, they won't necessarily need these two players to perform very well.

But if they want to win the Champions League title, not only these two players but also the whole team will need to come forward and play as a team. I agree, Neymar will be doing a lot better in PSG and it would be better for him because he is happy there and established a fort. For PSG to keep Neymar is just bleeding money. He is not contributing much to the team. And he is just getting a lot of money for just being on the team. I really don’t think that him joining Manchester City is going to be causing any problems for Manchester City. If anything he will be making the team a lot stronger. But the question is, is Neymar willing to leave PSG right now? And if he is, how much is Manchester City willing to pay for this player?
