Getting the title in Ligue 1 has become a fairly common thing actually and it's already in the grip if roughly speaking now that they don't have any rivals at the moment.
But if that's the case, they certainly won't be satisfied, because what's the difference between them and last season if their achievements just end there. Even though there is no obligation to win the Champions League for Galtier but of course they still intend to do that.
I agree that getting the ligue 1 title is not really a big deal for PSG right now, but it's not nothing neither, just a year prior they lost it to Lille, which was super unexpected, sure not at a Leicester level maybe but it was still unexpected. Considering this, I have to say that it's clear to me on how PSG would still would love to get it, and work hard to get it if anything goes wrong in between. This is something we have to realize and accept. On top of that, if they get the cup and also UCL that would be sweet, it would be amazing, but if they can't, they haven't so far anyway, so it's not "getting worse" like some people claim, it's staying the same. |

Christophe Galtier has not coached a big team of PSG standard before, his previous teams as head coach being Saint-Etienne, Lille and Nice, and i will not call him a 'big team' coach, neither will i call him inexperienced because he has been in the game for a long time, working as assistant coach for some clubs, before finally becoming a head coach; he hasn't handled a job this big, but he has been on the touchline for a long time. PSG is a difficult club to manage for any manager, not only Galtier, the egos the big stars in the team have will constantly be problematic for the manager to control, and there is gonna be player clashes for one reason or the other, there is rumor that Neymar and Mbappe do not see eye to eye right now, these are the things that can undermine the work of a manager. Galtier's first duty is to bring harmony into the team, if they are not a group, they can only win the French League which is easy for them and not the champions league. |

Few days ago Galtier has just made his debut match against division 2 team Quevilly and on that match PSG playing with some of their main players such as Messi and Marquinhos and their new player Vitinha also played and final score is 2-0 for PSG but second goals looks interesting for me because after Messi was fouled in the penalty box he give a chance to Ramos to score goals and next match on July 20 PSG will against Japan team Kawasaki Frontale and against Urawa Reds on July 23

PSG should be able to beat Quevilly with a higher score, moreover PSG played some of its main players in that match. But maybe some PSG players still need time to return to their best form after returning from vacation. So I hope in the next friendly PSG can show a better game. I hope Galtier can also find a suitable formation and can make PSG's performance better than the previous season. I also don't want to overestimate PSG's game against Quevilly, because it is still difficult to judge if only from one match. I still want to see PSG play in the next few friendlies, in order to see how PSG have played since Galtier became PSG coach. The problem is believe it or not and admit it or not still at this time Ligue 1 even though it is still good for the top league there but still this league is a farmers league for most people because of the lack of competition there.

There is no doubt after having some most reputable Coaches in last few years now PSG management is having big gamble on Galtier and this could be a big challenge for him and surely maker or breaker for PSG management as well because we all know how desperate they are for winning Champions League. But, sadly this dream is not coming true even just for this they are already spending some good amount for this and having too many star players in their team, but sadly they all fail to do something special for this which is surely big setback for them. In French League there is no competition for them, and they are completely failure in Champions League which is surely misery for them, and they are looking for solution hopefully with this new system they will be done this all. |

How and why would you label him as inexperienced , As far as I know once he organizes he's team and avoiding quarrels between them then it's clearly okay for him to lead thrm to whatever glory ahead of them. They will be well focused on the Champions League as they have won the local league too numerous times that one can disrespect in the last ten or eight years. They had the same potential to win the champions league last season and a few seasons back, but they didn't, and it isn't like there was any significant addition to their team this summer, except the arrival of Galtier their new manager, it will take more than 'potential' for psg to win the champions league, Galtier has to work on harmony between all of his superstars, there are too many of them that discipline becomes a problem, but if he can harmonize the team and find a winning strategy, then they might stand a chance to be champions of europe next season. |

As the French league is about to start for next season, are there plans by other clubs to put nice competition to psg or will it be as usual. The squad of psg is overwhelming and the salary scale of the players. I wish there could be meger of clubs to fight psg for the trophy. PSG will be among the top teams in the Champions League next season. I think the team is in proper shape and they can oppose any team presently with their squad and the new coach coming in. They will basically look forward to entangled with more high competition next season, just hope the new coach can use this present squad actively without any problem or excuse. We all know the PSG Squad is one of the best 11 in football and they coming together will be strategicable idea to execute.

Regardless of who they are playing against of course seeing their performance when they play I still feel it is quite good but indeed we also know in this case they will not play seriously and Galtier certainly wants to find out what composition they will play in the future and this match apart from being a reference for this scheme can also be a habit for new players as well. |

Another season ... another huge expectation for a team full of stars like psg , but you know what? They are disappointing everyone at the end of the season ... winning champions league still become their main target as they used to win the domestic league. PSG will be among the top teams in the Champions League next season. I think the team is in proper shape and they can oppose any team presently with their squad and the new coach coming in. They will basically look forward to entangled with more high competition next season, just hope the new coach can use this present squad actively without any problem or excuse. We all know the PSG Squad is one of the best 11 in football and they coming together will be strategicable idea to execute.
Another season ... another huge expectation for a team full of stars like psg , but you know what? They are disappointing everyone at the end of the season ... winning champions league still become their main target as they used to win the domestic league. We'll see it , one thing is almost sure for me that psg might get better every year so beware! ligue 1 became like nothing for a team like psg, all the fans are just expecting to win the Champions league every year, I believe that it's gonna happen for sure if not this year, Christophe Galtier can actually make it happen, as you said psg is a team full of stars, so what missing has to be a good coach and a good strategy. |

As the French league is about to start for next season, are there plans by other clubs to put nice competition to psg or will it be as usual. The squad of psg is overwhelming and the salary scale of the players. I wish there could be meger of clubs to fight psg for the trophy. Meanwhile with what is available, the league is not open to other clubs, it is just for psg
there isn't any league that competitive besides the premier league or Serie A. Ligue 1 is one of the leagues dominated by 1 club (PSG), Bundesliga (Munchen), Eredivisie (Ajax) so if you want to make the merger, I think it's impossible because they have a lot to do legal unite with 2 sides. they also have to think about fans, which I think is difficult to put together in a stadium. So, there is no other way to create a club like PSG |
