PSG's only problem this season will be staying awake waiting for the really important games (Champions League)  Maybe Mbappe will try to make his stats look nice or Messi will try to restore his reputation as a goalscorer, but in general I'm sure PSG will suffer from a lack of motivation and strong opponents. Perhaps this will affect their performance in the Champions League.

PSG really need a great coach to achieve success in the Champions League because so far they have been supported by a number of top players such as Neymar, Messi and Mbappe. They have to start doing that and try to get out of their comfort zone as the dominant title winners in Ligue 1 over the last few seasons. So if Zidane wants to deal with them later, I'm sure PSG will have a good chance in the Champions League next season.

So far we know how PSG's ambitions for the Champions League are, but they are still weak enough against great opponents that they are still quite difficult to win the title. I believe that the Champions League title for a team like PSG at this time is not impossible, it's just a matter of timing and a good team performance in the right hands.

Maybe it's the coach, so it's very good that Zidane still hasn't agreed (and hopefully won't agree) to be their coach.

Maybe it's the coach, so it's very good that Zidane still hasn't agreed (and hopefully won't agree) to be their coach.

I don't know, for some reason Zidane refused PSG's offer to ask for his hand as a coach. But it would surprise me if Zidane actually turned down the offer. I want him to accept the offer and fight together for the best, but maybe Zidane has other reasons why now he doesn't want to sign a contract.

As for Neymar, PSG are trying to get rid of him - they write that they want to sell him to Juventus and even agree to add some part to Neymar's salary in Juventus  But Neymar does not want to leave PSG, which is a big problem in terms of freeing up the budget for salaries.

Mauricio Pochettino is not a bad coach in fact his performance was outstanding but the club is not patient to stick to the Argentine. That was how they sacked Thomas Tuchel and he went to Chelsea and won the Champions league. Christophe Galtier is not a bad coach considering his teams performance last season.The 55-year-old took Nice to fifth place and they played quality football. But I don't think Galtier is a better coach than Pochettino. PSG would just keep gambling until they find a coach that would deliver the Champions League. I would not also be surprise if Pochettino wins the Champions league in his future club.         

I don't have respect for PSG management anymore. They could have done a lot of things and instead, they went for the dirty way. They have tried to win the Champions League for so long and they are unable to do that even though they have the best squad in the world. They obviously have the best attack in the world and they basically couldn't do anything with it. I would really like to see them winning the Champions League, to be honest, but somehow I really know that it is not going to happen.

It seems that what we have hoped for so far will not come true, many of us hope that PSG will make zidane a coach to face next season but it seems that zidane prefers to remain unemployed and wait for the call to be coach from the french national team rather than join PSG this season, conjecture of who the PSG coach seems to be is starting to emerge and Galtier is one of the strong candidates to replace Pochettino who reportedly has agreed to end his partnership with PSG, but the question now is: whether Galtier is indeed worthy to coach a team as big as PSG?

All clubs have their back plan as well things was settled for Zidane but after reading contract between PSG and Mbappé he drops this idea and now waiting for his next job as France's national team manager because he is very stick about discipline and PSG is not following things about Mbappé which was not good enough for him, so he rejects this.

And now Christophe Galtier is going to have this new job as he is also very talented person, even this is big challenge for him because in presence of too many star players managing team like PSG is never been easy
Now recently we have another rumor that Juventus is interested in Neymar if this happens then surely it's going to be good for PSG and new manager they can offload a player who is mostly injured and have not good role in this team after having good deal with Mbappé and Messi is also available for another season.

I still disagree with this decision, there is absolutely no reason to get Galtier, he is not better than Galtier and makes absolutely no sense at all. I feel like the best thing that could be done right now would be to hiring someone who is a world famous manager that has managed to win that cup before.

I know it makes no sense but at the end of the day Pep is there and I know it's funny but he failed to get it with City and there could be a reason and thing where they can come to an agreement. This way they could both get it together and it would make a sense for both of them to work hard because they would have an equal understanding of what they really want.

You are not alone who is thinking in this way, there are too many who feeling they are trying with dirty ways which are not going to help them because they can't win this off the field they have to done things on the field which are more important and relevant. I was feeling happy when I read Zidane is coming but as he rejected because of their contract with Mbappé as they are treating him specially, so now I am feeling they need to be more professional rather than dirty mind for this title which is not going to help them anyway.

Many wants to see them as winner of Champions League, but they need some better planning and better management for this instead of just spending millions of USD and having things without any better understanding.

Brilliant tactically and showed what he could do with a limited squad (Spurs), to take them into Champions League final, to take them into top 4 repeatedly, with the spending and talent he had was criminal. Kane and Son, sure, even Bale before, but those were one or two stars and I would say not half as "glitzy" as the ones PSG has.

It's not so much about the farming it's about winning UCL but when there's a lot of non-football factors (wives girlfriends family delegations etc) it becomes less about how good you are as a coach but how you are as a true manager of life affairs lol

Well, I think with PSG it is about farming. It's about PSG farming titles from League One every season. They have one job to do every season and that is to win the Champions League trophy. And they are not being able to do one simple thing. I think a lot of people like me are honestly disappointed with them. And it is not like they are the strong team only there only. They have a really good squad in the whole club football. And somehow they are still able to lose in the league competition against really weaker opponents.

Basically they still need a little more time, if we only consider the star players then Real Madrid also has a lot of star players. But because Real Madrid have had a lot of success for a long time, compared to PSG they are just getting started. It's different if we consider players obtained from their respective academies then of course PSG does not have these criteria, but if we only consider star players then I think PSG will be able to have success in the Champions League in the future.

I really don't like how PSG is going about their work because I think instead of trying to do everything to keep one player they could have let him go and gotten other players who are actually really suitable for the team. And I don't think the change of authority is going to have too big of an effect.

I don't see PSG lifting the champions league in the next three seasons, the team is not serious, they have well experience and quality players, but I think the team is suffering from mis-management. Though in most cases the coach is not the problem, cause It seems the players are not serious, the players are lacking discipline. My suggestion for the team is that they really need to discipline and caution the players, despite there influence in the team, if they really think of lifting the champions league title in the nearest future.

I actually don't have any hope with PSG about winning the Champions League. I think after all it comes down to not playing enough hard opponents throughout the whole year. There is a reason why almost every English Premier League team does very well in the Champions League and that's because they generally face daily hard opponents and that makes them ready for bigger challenges. But that is not the case with PSG. And for these reasons, I knew that Zidane is not going to be attracted to PSG even though PSG has really good players.

I think they were expecting Zidane but it seems he doesn't want to go to PSG. For Christophe Galtier it looks like he's nice coach. Even PSG had to pay 40 million euros for him.

PSG are going to be the biggest favourite for the league championship once again of course. Because I don't see any other team that are as powerful as PSG now. PSG have a way better squad than all of the remaining teams in the league of course and this makes things too difficult for the others. Therefore I think that PSG are going to win the league championship again but maybe there could be a slight chance for us to see a good competition between them and a team. I hope that happens.

PSG will need to find a way to get ahead of this problem next season. They don't have a luxury like making simple mistakes or struggling too much in the Champions League. PSG want to achieve the Champions League title as soon as possible. They can't do this as long as they continue to lose their focus easily. The Ligue 1 hasn't been too difficult for them so far and this should be helpful for them to concentrate on the Champions League. Fans want success there and they will need all of their crucial players performing good to make it.

Chelsea's owner (the old Russian one hehe) never had patience. One season was all it took. PSG know the title's theirs, there really isn't anything left except the Champions League.

Chelsea got immediate success, and so did City, won something quick. But you're right, Real in CL is something else and everyone needs a LOT of time to get to that level.

Mbappe is a professional player. He will play for money. PSG is giving him more money as well as a lot of opportunities so he is keen to stay with PSG. We must respect his decision. Madrid fans probably wanted Mbappe to see Madrid. Since Mbappe has rejected Madrid's offer, they are angry. But we should not be angry. We should respect the decisions of all the players. At the end of the day he is a man, and he needs money and mental satisfaction.

I feel that mbappe will eventually tire of the club. Although placed in charge of new signings and other projects, he could get bored if he's the kind of player that would prefer to create a niche or name for himself. Despite being a good player, the Frenchman is not as popular as the likes of Messi and Neymar.

Indeed, no one knows how long it will take for them to win the Champions League title, but I just think with the fact that the teams with rich owners will certainly succeed as well over time. In fact, if we realize Manchester City have no shortage in terms of finance and even Manchester City have a great coach but so far they can only win titles in local leagues, but not for european leagues like Champions League. Compared to PSG, the PSG team even though they have good finances but does not have good management, especially from the coach's side. So it is natural and not something strange if PSG is still difficult to win the Champions League title because even Manchester City, which is basically better than PSG, still failed in the Champions League.

Zidane has been rumored to be coming back to coach the team all this time but reportedly he is not interested in coaching PSG at the moment, from some existing media it is said that Zidane might replace Didier Deschamps as coach of the French National Team, the statement of Zidane agent who some time ago mentioned Zidane not having any agreement with PSG of course solves all the rumors that if zidane is one step away for managing PSG, I think now it is most likely that Galtier will take over as PSG coach from Pochettino to next season.
