PSG had a very good season in the Ligue 1 and dominated it completely. It must be a very satisfying performance for them after losing the title to Lille in the previous season. However they must be still uncomfortable as they haven't achieved a Champions League title with a great squad like this. They must be very happy to convince Mbappe to stay by paying a lot of money for his new contract. I wonder how active PSG are going to be in this transfer window. Unless there is a new investor who will invest in his team no less than people from Qatar invest in Paris Saint Germain. Unfortunately, money plays too big a role in this case, and PSG, already strong in composition, will only strengthen. Especially when the issue of extending the contract with Mbappe has been successfully resolved. In Paris, not all the players played all the matches at a high level worthy of their talent and money spent, but only Mbappe always played at a high level and saved the team with his goals scored. I have zero expectation about a different team than PSG to become the champions in the Ligue 1 next season too. Normally there is no way that a much weaker team can manage to leave PSG behind in the standings at the end of the season. This is a factor that makes a league very boring to watch though but we don't have anything to do about it now. At least there was a wonderful competition between a few teams at the top this season.

I think you are right, Pochettino is not a very experienced coach in the Champions League, so I strongly believe he will not be able to compete with other top teams in the champions league even though he has a lot of quality players in his team. It can be relied on in Ligue 1, but with the composition of players that PSG has now, whoever the coach seems to make sense to win the domestic title.

Giving him one more season to coach the team doesn't seem to do much and I really don't know why he's staying unless PSG don't want to pay compensation for him if he's sacked. PSG haven't won the Champions League at all, so I think they will fight for it, but certainly not with Pochettino.

That's a great input I think about Mourinho, because maybe we already know about Zidane who even though Zidane is a French citizen but Zidane is not willing to become PSG coach. It became something strange for me personally but indeed, maybe the reason Zidane refused maybe because Zidane didn't like something at PSG, whether it was management or from the players themselves. But yes, after all PSG do need a better coach, but if PSG just want to be a strong team only in the domestic league then Pochettino is enough for them.

Changed manager will not solved PSG problem because to win champion league is not so simple and they forgot the process to build mentally team seems PSG owner never learn about that and if money can buy champion league trophy then other rich team such as Man City can several times won this trophy and besides that seems France league also not so competitive such as other league and that's why PSG still can't get this trophy however for new manager Zidane and Mourinho is strong candidate but the club hasn't decide who will be the replacement of Pochettino
