It could be easy to say that PSG will be the winners of the league and make a decision for the top even right now, hell it was easy even before the league started. However, it is not the same to look at the bottom and decide that, it is going to be quite tough and difficult to make that work.

This is why I do believe that we shouldn't really make a calculation just yet. Look at the current situation they are in, and imagine if one of those teams had like 2 wins in a row, they would be so much ahead. Hell even United looked like they were at the very bottom just a week ago, and now they are making so many transfers and looking great. I believe liegue1 needs another 10 weeks to make a decision for the relegation zone.

PSG's last 1-1 draw against Monaco is a result that can happen. Monaco doesn't have a bad team either, although of course it doesn't come close to PSG. PSG will often also think about the CL or other peripheral matters. Often they become complacent and nonchalant and then you automatically get underestimated and then you lose points. We saw this happen 2-3 seasons ago, when they turned on the turbo too late and OSC Lile took the title. We can assume that that will not happen again in the competition. It isn't the first time for Monaco in the recent times that they are playing this much badly. They weren't playing well in the first of times of the previous season too. But they improved their performance later on and they were nearly finishing the league at the second place as well. This season might be similar to that too.

Monaco are the only team that made this much difficulty for PSG so far. Actually they would have lost that game if PSG didn't miss many chances after the score became 1-1. Therefore Monaco are still not in a good shape. Even though they lost an important player like Tchouameni, they still made good transfers after that. But this still didn't reflect on their statistics. Maybe time is the thing they only need for now.

Strasbourg and Rennes are in the same situation. Lille are unstable too, being 1 goal behind vs Nice.
If we could resume the situation, OM, Lens and Lyon are +/- fine and they are the only ones that could annoy PSG this season apparently.

You brought my conscience to their lost of Tchouameni, this is correct I was about to forget this so fast. I now understand the reason for the frustrative play. It is not easy to lose such a good defensive midfielder. According to you, let us be hopeful that Monaco will find ways to fit back into the competition. Maybe you're right, but it's still the start of the season with 5 martch. Monaco has the potential to return to good form after failing in a number of matches. I don't think they can't, but it takes time to get back into good form.

PSG who are currently playing have won with 2 goals from Neymar and Mbappe. I don't see Messi scoring goals, but team wins seem more important than scoring every game. It's true what people say, if one of the PSG trio doesn't play then most likely PSG will play well. So far Monaco have only won 1 win, 2 lost and 2 drawn and I don't think this is the statistic they want for the result.

What kind of post is this? This generalization can be done for all leagues. In every league there are teams that can't financially fight with others. It's not that important, you can still build a good squad with less money. Find good scouts, pick promising young players and mix them with good veterans. You can still stay in the league.
Ajaccio promoted last season but their squad quality didn't improve much. This led to them being in last place naturally. Angers, Strasbourg and Brest can recover, Monaco will definitely fix their defensive problems and start to get three points. They won't be there for too long.

Paris Saint-Germain's rise go on. Messi, Neymar and Mbappe do their job and score more goals and do assists. They care about league games and collect every possible three points. This will be their advantage when European competition games start. They don't have to focus too much about local league games then.

This was another defeat for them and it was always 4 goals when they were outnumbered because they had the same match against Lens before.

I didn't think Monaco would lose so badly against Troyes today after such a great performance against PSG. However, Monaco earned 1 point by playing completely defensively against PSG. But against Troyes, they made several attacks. As a result, Monaco conceded three goals from the counterattack today. In this match, Troyes players played very well compared to Monaco. They deserve this win. Even though Monaco got 1 point against PSG, they are quite weak as a team.

It was one of the games that we see the trio showing an impressive performance. Messi made 2 assists and Mbappe-Neymar duo scored one goal each. I'm saying duo but they are not a very good duo normally of course.    It still seems like there are some issues between them but I hope it won't last too long. Mbappe is acting like he is the owner of the team and it is a result of his unbelievable contract I guess. But this can just hurt the team in the long term. There are even still rumours about Neymar to join Chelsea.
