Really to be honest, PSG did have a little chance to win the Champions League a few times when their elimination was unlucky or when they missed the chance against a superior Bayern Munich to have some luck and win it, but all in all PSG is not the type of team that is destined to win the Champions League. They can't be because they are a Ligue 1 club. When you have a team like Real Madrid that was in a constant battle with Barcelona or Atletico Madrid for a while, or Manchester City who have been pressured by an army of teams that are among the best in the world, they are destined to win the Champions League. PSG often had a difficult time to switch from Ligue 1 mode into Champions League mode and that I think is indeed not easy.
