Paris Saint Germaine has been inconsistent since the start of the season despite spending a whole lot of money in the transfer market during the summer transfer window to sign quality players to the club. After playing out a goalless draw against Clermont in the French Ligue 1 last weekend they were thrashed by Newcastle in the UEFA Champions League competition last mid week and needs to start winning games again to boost their confidence.
They play against Rennes  later today and if they can play in their full strength I think defeating Rennes wouldn't be a difficult task for the French champions.

Dembele can never replace Messi and Kolo Muani can't replace Neymar although the latter has been injured a lot, so this might not be too much of a difference compared to now. But the general inconsistency that PSG had in their game started last season. But especially Dembele is a player who has inconsistency in his DNA. He can never perform on the same high level for several games in a row. It is just a question of time until he will have the next crash in his performance.

That French player wasted a great chance in last minutes to help France winning World Cup 2022 in a final match with Argentina in a face to face situation with Argentina goalkeeper. PSG even spent very expensive cost for Kolo Muani and I think it is very unwise transfer decision from PSG.

That is right the first half of the Ligue 1 season last year was quite ok. They had 15 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses. We could debate whether they should lose any game at all with their squad, but ok. It is still a good performance.

But you said something that is very important. When they got eliminated from the Champions League, it was as if they were lost. That was proof that the only thing PSG is playing for and that also applies to the players, is the Champions League title. They don't really care about the Ligue 1 title because that is almost a given. But once they get eliminated from the Champions League, the season can already be considered a waste.

Brest vs Toulouse i think this match will be so tight because whether it Brest or Toulouse has been displayed impressive performance and Toulouse recently has been successfully to ended their poor results by gets 2 winning streak from LASK Linz at Europa league and won from Metz and home team Brest too in the positive conditions and they even occupy first position on Ligue 1 few weeks ago and for this match Brest has odds @1.70 and Toulouse @4.95 it's clearly Brest the favourite but i am not surprised because from head to head statistics Brest records was quite good that so far they got 2 wins and 2 lose from 5 meetings against Toulouse and at home too Brest still unbeatable so most likely Brest will collect 3 points from this match

After having poor performances in the previous matches and losing about 5 games out of eight,  they've finally secured  their 1st winning and though the 3-1 win they secured today couldn't take them away from the relegation zone but it would help boost the confidence level of the players to do better in their next match and I hope they bounce back into a good form soon and leave the relegation zone.

 Anyways they were definitely the favorites to win cause they were playing with a team that's currently in the same level as them this season, the 2nd half have just kicked off and lyon ar still dominating the game with a good percentage and I doubt that Lorient would be able to get a comeback, Lyon's star player Lacazette is at his best today and have secured a brace and I feel he'll score another goal to make it a hat-trick.

Considering that PSG's performance is very unstable, both on the front line and in defense, it is natural that there are many doubts about this team when it comes to their match. We know that PSG were previously beaten by Newcastle and drew against Clermont the previous week. In this match, I tried to refer to several sources for predictions of Luis Enqieu's squad line-up. There are several differences that Enrique will use in this match, I'm not even sure what pattern Enrique will use. but if Enrique experiments with a 4-2-3-1 system again, like when they played against Newcastle, I really doubt they will win this match. except, Enrique continues to play Mbappe on the wing. Apart from that, ideally Kolo Muani should be the center forward rather than Gamcalo Ramos.

As for other predictions, Enrique will apply his flagship system with a 4-3-3 pattern. However, it seems that there is a rotation being carried out. referring to this prediction, Mbappe will play as a center forward, Barcola and Dembele will continue to play on the wings.  the rest, no change. From several predictions that I refer to, this 4-3-3 pattern is ideal for me.

Now we are talking from Rennes side, their performance is not that good. However, in their 7 matches they are unbeaten. 2 wins, 5 matches ended in a draw. in other competitions, they have just been defeated by Villarreal in the Europa League. Apart from that, it seems that Rennes has a pretty good defense, they only conceded 7 goals in 7 Ligue 1 matches. In this match, Rennes acts as the home team, they will provide resistance when hosting PSG.

Brest has disappointed their fans today with a poor performance against Toulouse, they were the  favorites to win the games based on their performances and position in the league their odds was even very favorable but they conceded in the 1st half and failed to get a reply, I'm suprised to see that a team that were in the 2nd position and are playing carelessly against a team that were in the 11th position on the table.

  Suprisenly they scored an equalizer at the extra time of the game and atleast secured a point to get about 15 points just a point behind Nice, and if they has won they would've remained in the 2nd position, however Toulouse would be more disappointed at themselves for conceding a goal at the late minutes of the game, they would've moved up to 7th position if they had won the game.

Despite the fact, last season Rennes also managed to beat PSG for home and away matches. The odds providers might have special reason they put rennes's odds very high. I can't even believe it rennes got 4 for this match. Betting on rennes is not that bad for someone who was willing to take the risk.
PSG was never winning against rennes when it was playing away since a few years ago. I think this trend will still continue.

Lyon and Lorient match ended in a draw even though the initial match was very exciting, it looked like Lorient would dominate the match but that was only the beginning and it turns out that Lyon was able to compete well today, making comeback after knowing strategy used by Lorient and one side it seems that Lyon has started to improve it performance for immediately rise to avoid the relegation zone.

I bet for PSG against Rennes. 25 minutes of the game is already over, in these 25 minutes PSG is showing me coming to win this match. In the 25 minutes that have been played so far, PSG have been able to keep more of the ball to themselves as well as trying to attack PSG although their attacks have not been able to find a single target. I haven't bet much money on PSG but I'm still waiting for PSG to win. In addition to keeping the ball in their possession, PSG will have to be more focused on the counter. Don't just keep the ball to yourself, try to score as well. If PSG can score a goal before half time, PSG will go a long way in this match.
