I also expect Monaco to win because besides that, Monaco will also play at home and thus, it is only right that Monaco will not lose against Lille. Although it might only be a draw but I think it is also not bad at all although indeed, if for example Monaco gets a draw it is very possible for PSG to return to the top of the standings. I don't know how long this success will last, but I think this match could end in a draw. Another possibility is that Monaco could get the three points because they are playing on their home field. I don't think Lille can win.

That's what fans of soccer competition are very competitive when a strong team like PSG can end up in a draw with the team below. So we always be careful in betting in big team matches like PSG who against a weak team or Marseille against a weak team. Sometimes it gives results that we cannot predict and better bet on other options.

In the French Soccer League yesterday match, Nice vs PSG, I enjoyed the match between the two teams very hard. In this match, the players of both teams have equal performance, the match was drawn. Nice team player A. Abdi scored the 1st goal in 38 minutes. On the other hand, PSG team player  N. Mendes scored in the 52nd minute to draw the match. PSG team is in 2nd position of the points table. I expected PSG team to perform well in this match and win the match but it didn't happen in this match.

It didn't end well for Paris Saint-Germain because they were actually targeting full points, unfortunately they couldn't achieve their target because Nice's defense was too strong even though Paris Saint-Germain played dominantly. Now the Ligue 1 standings are getting more interesting because the leader is AS Monaco, I wonder, whether AS Monaco can become the Ligue 1 champion again like they did 8 years ago or not.

By the way, Nuno Mendes did not score for Paris Saint-Germain, it was an own goal scored by Nice player.

Nice is a very well defensive team so this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. I bet on 0-0 result before the game but a very small amount, I also bet on PSG to win a bigger amount, because I believed it would be either a PSG win if they end up scoring, or it would be a tie if PSG can't score, I did see a potential of Nice keeping PSG at zero, but I didn't see a potential of them scoring, I was wrong. In the end I believe we shouldn't really consider this indicating anything about PSG, just because they failed to win, doesn't mean they are bad.

This happens every season, we see PSG have just a bit of a bad game and suddenly we see them considered "this season will be different, they will be horrible" but we see how they are not actually horrible and we are going to end up with a much better result. Marseille was previously able to perform quite consistently, but for some reason suddenly they crashed when they were in pretty good form at the beginning of the season, the loss to Strasbourg was actually the beginning of their inconsistency including when they had to get a draw from the anger in the previous match, so I think maybe it will also affect them when they have to face Montpellier in the match,  I saw in the match against Angers that it was seen that the Marseille players were unable to control their emotions and in the so actually harmed themselves, so I think it is a problem that De Zerbi must immediately overcome at this time.

Goes up and down is a common thing that happens to any team, especially Marseille is currently still improving to become part of the elite team in Ligue 1. After Igor Tudor left, Marseille experienced a very drastic decline in performance. Now in the hands of De Zerbi, Marseille is starting to improve again even though in the last two matches they were unable to achieve perfect points. Well, this actually adds references and insight for the coach regarding the weaknesses and shortcomings of his team. In order for their performance in the future to be even better, De Zerbi is certain to formulate a formula for his team. In the 8th week, Marseille will visit Montpellier's headquarters. Marseille have lost a little bit of a pace recently. Especially that meaningless draw home against Angers...    However I don't feel like it will take them much long to recover. Their next game is against another team having difficult days like Montpellier. Most probably they will make up for that 5 points loss in 2 games. They look dedicated this season. 

The team I'm worried about the most is Lyon. I hope they don't hang around the relegation zone in any part of the season this time. They still look inconsistent despite the recent wins. We need to see more of it. They should play taking the name of this team into account too.

Yes you are right Marseille seems to have lost their balance lately when they played against Strasbourg they suffered a defeat after that against Angers they only managed a draw even though their opponent was a promoted club with poor performance and was at the bottom of the standings who had not won at all I hope after the international break Marseille can return to being a tough club like in the beginning so they can continue to compete with the top 3 teams and against Montpillier they should have been able to get 3 full points to make up for the previous points lost.

Talking about Lyon is not yet completely stable but I think they are still safe after all they are still far from the relegation zone even though they are unstable the most important thing is that they do not continue to experience defeat which will make them even more depressed. They have won 4 times, drawn 2 times and lost 1 time from the 7 matches they have played, in my opinion that is not a bad record, but they should have achieved more than that, especially when facing teams that are on paper weaker than them, one of which was when they faced Angers. They have collected 14 points at the moment, 3 points behind Paris Saint Germain and 5 points behind the leaders, Monaco. I think that is not too far away, as long as they can get 3 points consistently. Marseille has the capital to do that, it's just that they have to execute it well. They also have a long history in Ligue 1, they have to be able to return to how they used to be, that should be a motivation for them.

The thing I remember about them was the Will Still era. He was doing pretty good at first for a person who didn't have any manager experience before. You know his story related to Football Manager and so on.

But things started to go sideways and he left his job. However it seems like they have put things on the right track again. But they seem horrible in defense. Conceding 10 goals... It can cause them to lose their form easily. Do you think we would see them in top four at the end?

Reims have been of the most outstanding teams in the French league this season and that has been surprising to many because very few persons would've predicted that after 7 games, they'll be having 14 points and occupy the 4th position in the league table. The problem now is you ask me is if they'll continue with their impressive form till the end of the season or they'll later start to struggle to win matches
