You are right. If psg is eliminated from the  champions league then their only goal will be to win the ligue 1 title. They will give full  effort in the ligue 1 matches  and their performance will become more consistent. But if psg beats chelsea and qualifies for the champions league quarter-finals, then their main goal will definitely be to do well in the champions league. And there will be a possibility  of dropping points in the ligue 1 matches.

I don’t even see a means where Paris-Saint-German doesn’t win the French League, because I absolutely don’t see anyone that could compete with them in that competition, Monaco is a very strong team and they’re very competitive but the problem with Monaco is that they’re not consistent in their performances, when they played Paris-Saint-German in the Champions League it was a very difficult game for Paris, but they were lucky to beat them with a man down I guess, but the difference is very simple, you’ve to be on your top performance, now they have successfully managed to beat Paris, then you will see them loosing to a low table team very soon, that is the problem with them and inconsistency.

However I don’t really see Lens as a competition that they will be winning the French League when Paris-Saint-German is in the team that is something that I’m seeing as an impossible Scenario, but they say never say never and let’s see how that is going to happen.

Paris Saint-Germain's Champions League match against Chelsea will perhaps be the most important and crucial game of the season. If they play poorly and fail to secure an advantageous score in this match, Chelsea could eliminate them from the competition in the second leg.
