It wouldn’t particularly be a revenge but, PSG would get the chance to play Chelsea without having to underestimate them and be full of themselves as they were in the club World Cup. However, when it come to the Champions League, experience matters, and Chelsea do have more Champions League titles than PSG, and in most cases, Chelsea do get luck with unexpected squad to win trophies; therefore, I can’t call them off in these round because they have poor squad than now when they defeated PSG in the Club World Cup final. I seriously agree with you, other clubs look more stronger than they are and getting pass Chelsea is never going to be an easy one because the Blues will make sure of repeating what they did in the World Club Cup finals and PSG should see this game as a revenge. I'm not saying Chelsea would win or PSG can't win history has taught me that there's nothing impossible in football, you can use what happened in the ckub World Cup as an instance, everyone thought PSG would win and even disgrace Chelsea in the finals but it ended the other way, Chelsea didn't inly win them but distabilised their midfielder and naxe them look like a team in the English Championship League. Seven months back,chelsea did the impossible in the FIFA world cup defeating Psg 3-0. During the time psg were playing in a top performance. It likely we will witness same outcome in the champions league. It would be mind blowing if chelsea could defeat psg at parc des princes.

Many people talk about the Club World Cup game and the finals, where Chelsea won and they keep saying that the similar thing could happen here as well. But the reality is that we are not going to see something similar there, it is not going to be the same.
