It's becoming quite common for previously United players to end up playing better on their new teams. I mean look at Mctominay or Anthony and you will see that both are playing good and I am sure there are other examples as well.

Greenwood is a bit different than those situations, he didn't get sent because of any bad playing, he did so because of the legal troubles that he was in, while his name got cleared by the court, it's still easy to see why he was sold. He was always a good player.

certainly the environment says a lot for the player's condition and if the environment is toxic they will certainly do badly, i don't know what these players did and why the environment was not very favorable for them but it is a fact that once they changed teams they did much better.

You're absolutely right. PSG can't be underestimated in this match, and just look at how it's now the 86th minute and PSG are leading the game 4-2. From my perspective, even though Lorient is below Lens in the standings and doesn’t look very convincing, playing at home will give the host team an advantage. It’s not that I doubt Lens’ performance, but I did think there might be a chance for Lorient to hold the match to a draw. On the other hand, the away team really needs 3 points to keep competing with PSG at the top of the table.

Lorient is no match for Lens. Just this season Lens thrashed Lorient by a wide margin in their Round 11 clash. And in their previous meeting last season Lens also thrashed them without let Lorient scoring a single goal in return. Lorient’s home advantage in the upcoming match might work in their favor. But I think Lens won’t be too affected by playing away given their strong recent form compared to Lorient who have been struggling lately. So I personally predict that Lens will win this match easily or even dominating this match heavily. And they will take every opponent seriously given that the season is nearing its end so they must focus on securing full points in every match to compete with PSG the current league leader.

This won't be an easy match for Lens. First, Lorient has proven this by defeating top Ligue 1 teams like Monaco, Nice, Lyon and even holding PSG to a draw. Finally, here the proof.



The odds of 1.88 for Lens are very high, I wouldn't be surprised if Lens lost this match. My current considerations are only the BTTS and Under options. Although the odds of BTTS (yes) are almost the same as the odds of a win for Lens, I still think it's the better choice.

You don't need to think much before you understand that the game against Chelsea was more like a revenge and you don't need to take your revenge in the same competition but since you met the team that defeated you in a final you can defeat them in another competition and sending Chelsea back home would be a good revenge. PSG took the game against Chelsea up on themselves that's why when it was almost few minutes before the end of the game and the score line was 4:2 they had to score one more goal to make it 5:2 just to make sure they have 3 goal advantage.

I think they will play a more controlled game in the second leg. The fifth goal, especially in extra time, made things much easier for Paris Saint-Germain. They have a three-goal advantage going into the return leg. It will be a tough match in England, but I don't think it will be too difficult for Paris Saint-Germain because they gained a huge advantage in France. Now it's time to eliminate the next team. Galatasaray or Liverpool will be their opponent in the next round. I think Liverpool will win the return leg and become Paris Saint-Germain's opponent.

That's true. PSG really showed consistent and mature football. Luis Enrique seems to have made the team more organized and efficient, without needing to resort to complaints or controversies. Beating Chelsea like that gives them a huge morale boost, especially after the defeat in the Club World Cup final. Yes, PSG played much more effective game, and you're right that they didn't make as many mistakes as they did in the Club World Cup final. We saw a high level of attacking PSG team in this match of the UEFA Champions League Round of Sixteen, this team was completely fearless in this game, as a result the French club got their desired victory in this UCL match against the Blues, with a score of 5-2. After reviewing the history of the Club World Cup, many have noted that by winning this UCL match, the French club may have been able to avenge their defeat in that final match and we also assume that they may have played with that goal in mind, so maybe it's to be expected now they will have the right plan to beat the Blues in the second leg as well.

You're right, PSG actually played that game with a revenge mindset, and didn't want to entertain another defeat and humiliation from the hands of Chelsea in that Champions League encounter. Generally I wasn't surprised with the outcome of the game as PSG won the game and as the defending champions of the EUFA champions League competition.

There is no way Chelsea was going to win PSG, it may come to worse that the return leg between PSG and Chelsea in Stamford Bridge might turn out to be in absolute favor of PSG. It will be difficult for Chelsea to cover the distance, 3 goals is wide enough to secure PSG the win, all they have to do is defend, but we know that PSG is not a club that will sit back and watch Chelsea press them, they would love to add more goals in the second leg as well.

Exactly, Marseille was lucky to have won the game but that 1 goal isn't enough for me base on how they have been operating and with what they said that position of the opponent should have made them to dominate the game and get more goals. If not for the handball it would have been a 1-1 game all thanks to VAR who spotted it. To get close to Lens is a long way because as it stands, Lens have a target and that is the title but first drag PSG down to get to the top so I can't imagine Lens losing points for Marseille to come close or exchange position with them. If Lens get a win it will be 2pt clear while PSG will take that opportunity to have a game at hand against Nantes while they prepare for Chelsea in the CL so the whole title race thing is just between PSG and Lens.
