I do not wish anyone to have a case in court, but it is logical that if someone is sure of his arguments and evidence, and there is no possibility of agreement, he should fight on legal way. However, you need to know that 1xbit support only forwards your case to the security team, so if you want to speed up review of your case, you'd better write to the security team directly via email.

Your explanation is like a little kid. So If you bet on table tennis on 1xbit and win, you have violated rules , your account susspended and you dont get back your money. BUT - If you lose your money on table tennis, your money lost, your account ok you can continue to lose. Are you serious and real with your comment? Why they have table tennis in events when they dont know the time transmission? But if you lose, time transmission is OK, and you lost But if you win NO NO, you broke the rules. I have seen many posts like mine, and thats why I wrote here on bitcointalk post because of my case is similar with another, and think this is total scam. They scamming everyday thousnds of people, but here we wrote 1% of that scamming members, because they dont know this forum. I want to show you what the 1xbit algorithm is. You can not win there. you can only lose.
This is proof of that. This is what and how this can happen.
I created an account for the first time on this web site yesterday, and made a deposit twice. Once 890 USDT and once again 500USDT.
I bet on 5 matches of which the first 4 lost, and I was very nervous. Then I went live to another match which luckily for me won. Because the stakes were high I took pictures before the match won, and after the win.
But after the victory I was disconnected from my account. I got confused and tried to log in several times but it was unsuccessful.
Then I wrote in the email from security 1xbit why my account is blocked. They sent me a message after 6 hours that they stop cooperating with me and I can not bet again. I tried to log in again to the account AND WHAT TO SEE, my ONLY winning bet was refunded. I asked them why my only winning match was refunded, and they told me that I KNEW THE MATCH BEFORE IT ENDED. WHAT !? HOW !? I have proof of this and I will send this to court, and I will open a lawsuit for this event. They do not allow you to win, this is the biggest proof. I sent 10 emails, with pictures with evidence but THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED! Here, see all that I'm talking about. As I wrote, I am not an expert. Each user can have their own opinion. In my opinion, it is almost certain that you are taking advantage of the few seconds difference in completing the information on the website, or maybe even internet lag (I don't know how it works) and thus you are trying to cheat the bookmaker.

There are at least a dozen or so almost identical cases here. I have been signalizing this for a long time, but anyway each case should be reviewed individually.

I saw 1xbit website on internet that have crypto betting, open account there, deposited money in usdt crypto, started to bet. Everything was ok, i bet on some game, lost money and it was ok with my account. I lost my first deposit then deposited again one more 300 usdt to bet again. This time I win some games, and tried to withdraw some money to see if everything will be ok. AND all started, they logged me out, i wrote on chat why cannot login, they said write to security, i wrote to security, they wrote me stop collaboration because violated rules( WITHOUT TELLING WHAT RULES). Then I get nervous wrote many emails, and they not responded. And started googling on google.com (how to return back my money on 1xbit, 1xbit scam , and first you can see is BITCOINTALK FORUM, and all that cases inside. I was shocked when I saw that there are millions cases like me , and all the time same story. They win , block account, logout, and finally they stop collaboration without refund any money, EVEN DEPOSIT money. And you think you can tell me this is not scam website? THen I won two games from table tennis and I get log out from my account after 5 minutes. I tried to login but cannot anymore. I wrote email and they said this after 12 hours:

If i remember it right there is a similar site that has this many cases filed here in forum though it is not a complete Gambling site since they are Exchange that offers gambling also? it is the company and famous "YOBIT" in which like what 1xbit is having now? there are complaints here and there , though the difference between the two is Yobit are not giving any answers instead keeps their silence but also conducting Huge signature campaign inside the forum to try cleaning their reputation but in the end , their Signature are being banned in this forum.

Look at many complainants here, they are coming from different places and just comes in bitcointalk to file their issues as the support is not giving them a complete answers in which this forum only becomes a Filing place but the gamblers did not even know this forum before they experience those problems .
