Months and months after , still drama is in this thread? continues complains about being Scammed from both sides  , players asking for their funds return as they have been denied in withdrawal , while the site claims that each players are cheater and breaking their TOS.

The discussion about live table tennis is because most of the complaints in this thread are about it. Several previous posts explain how users are taking advantage of the delay in updating results. Whether betting knowing the result is a scam or not, you must decide individually.

We do not discuss about other sports as there are no complaints about them.

I am not surprised because most gamblers always look for loop holes of a platform in order to cheat on them, and if they are cut it becomes an attack. The player will come out to lament a out how unfair they are treated. They can even add some lies to make the story interesting. I am not always move by what I see on the net because many are just lies. We can always make our research to know what is true and wrong.

so the problem is in the tennis, if that's the case I see that there may be room for cheats but why the site didn't fix it so don't have problems in the future? it seems that the site likes to have ten accusations per month and does little or nothing to resolve the accusations that way the site will go bankrupt because no one will use this site for some time when everyone realizes this serious situation

The only logical explanation for me may be that it is simply more profitable for them to leave games, and because they have a sensible detecting system, they catch all those trying to cheat. It is possible that the cheaters managed to earn from it before, and now they can not, hence the dissatisfaction and so many complaints.

Well yeah, at least in the short term, it's more profitable when every time they offer a bad line they just freeze (steal) the entire balance of anyone that gives them action on it.  Of course in the long run , acting ethically is more profitable than unethically.

In the end, bad line or not, the book offers action, the players decide which action to accept.  The book tries to offer the worst possible lines that they think the most players will accept.  And players look to take lines that they view as the most profitable.  It's a game, both sides are always trying to win.


If the book offers a bad line, they should obviously expect players to take it.  When this happens, it does not make it ok for the book to take the players entire balance.  If they do, it's stealing, plain and simple.  A players balance belongs to the player.  Just because the book has access to it doesn't give them any more rights to it than if it were physically in the players pocket.

1xbit gives back the user's deposit even if he was caught on cheating.
The problem in this case is that users who try to cheat open multi accounts on 1xbit, and a deposit can only be returned once.

Unless the funds are tied up in some bonus or other type of promotion, the players entire balance belongs to the player.  The amount they deposited is irrelevant.

Lets say:

You deposit 100 USDT.

After a few days of wagering your balance is 500 USDT

1xbit accidentally offers you action on a match that finished 20 seconds earlier, you bet 25 USDT and it pays out 100 USDT.

Now your account is at 575 USDT.

If 1xbit doesn't want to pay out the bet that they accidentally offered, then fine.  They should show the time logs to the player, apologize for the mistake, and void the bet.  Your balance is back to 500.

The 100 USDT deposit you made a few days ago is absolutely irellevant.  I don't care if it was a 5 USDT or 5000 USDT deposit, the balance in your account is your money just like the money you deposited.

I created account on 1xbit and deposited 250 usdt and then I lost that 252 usdt, and deposited 350 usdt. THen I won two games from table tennis and I get log out from my account after 5 minutes. I tried to login but cannot anymore. I wrote email and they said this after 12 hours:

After that I sent emails to them but they not responding and also I cannot login to my account still. I think they dont want to give me my winnings or even my deposit. What to do ? Is this scam and I will never get back my money? I will post you pictures from my account before they did this:

I registered at 1xbit casino and the same day after I tripled my deposit they started blocking my withdrawals when I tried to make the first one.
I deposited 0.348 btc and had more than 1.2 when they closed it.

it is full of such naive people who deposit over 10000-15000 euros.
