1xbit has built up its reputation better, I've been participating in the campaign for a while now and I'm happy with it.

Let me ask you this, what does a signature campaign have to do with their reputation?
I'm not sure if you're just dumb, or if you're insensitive towards users who have been ripped off by this casino, but it's not smart to claim a casino is legit if you don't have any first-hand experience. As we all know, this casino has been accused of multiple scams, and until 1xbit starts dealing with these accusations, we can't talk about their reputation improving.

I stay away from this casino until I see some of the respected senior members of this forum who are able to confirm that it pays fairly.

Yes the scammers will keep scamming but when they carry out their exit plan the signature campaign participants will not be paid for the final weeks of their participation. Having said that they will have pocket money from previous weeks therefore that will soften the blow.

I do not know where to start with my problem on 1xbit and asking for help here on bitcointalk forum
I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.
I urgently needed money to withdraw and I made a withdrawal. But the horror started when I squeezed to withdraw the money.
They were logged out of my account, and I could not log in with my username or email and password.

Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? Please help, I'm new here, I do not know what to do. This is my first 1xbit account and I'm betting there for the first time. I do not know what to do anymore, I'm crazy. Will I get my money back? For sure there would be lots of participants would be jumping into other campaigns yet it is much more preferable if we do able to get weekly pays.Seems like most members of that sig group have
already some negative trust which it isnt surprising that everyone who do promotes scammy sites or service should really be having that kind of trust feedbacks.Some might not really be that

Of course, one case can not outweigh the situation completely in favor of 1xbit. Complaints that are considered negative are much more than positive. I also have doubts about the validity of many complaints, but without proper evidence or insight into the bookmaker's internal information, we will never be sure what the truth is. At least you checked not just the recent scam accusation but instead all the pages from 20 page or more? that you can see how many scam victims are asking for their money and not just SOME because that specific one you are mentioning is just part of the hundreds if not thousands of victims.

It is not true that 1xbit pays the people who defend them. There is no such requirement in signature campaign rules. Most of the people participating in the signature campaign do not talk about 1xbit at all.

As for your case, I don't know the details. If you want to explain it on Bitcointalk, you have the best chance if you follow this instructions:

And yet, the people that defend them are almost exclusively being paid by 1xbit.  And, as far as I'm aware, none of them are regular players there.  

You have basically no experience dealing with 1xbit as a gambler, yet you're their most vocal defender, with nearly every single post you make on this forum is about 1xbit, and most of them are either defending 1xbit or attempting to discredit someone accusing them of scamming.

The problem her is that, there are many ignorant persons who normally come here to accuse 1×bit of what they don't have a  crystal clear understanding about. We all know that 1×bit is working delligently to make sure that all complains are resolved but, many persons still will not look into that. They are only after haters who keep creating accounts to contineously accusing 1×bit.

The problem is that in this thread are struggling people who don't really have actual evidence as to which side is telling the truth. You should never have used their website. In future please carry out research on casinos and gaming/betting websites before sending your funds to them. 1xbit have a track record of not repaying funds to victims - that would defeat the object of them scamming. Unfortunately you will not have your funds returned to you.
