I do not know where to start with my problem on 1xbit and asking for help here on bitcointalk forum
I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.
I urgently needed money to withdraw and I made a withdrawal. But the horror started when I squeezed to withdraw the money.
They were logged out of my account, and I could not log in with my username or email and password.

Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? Please help, I'm new here, I do not know what to do. This is my first 1xbit account and I'm betting there for the first time. I do not know what to do anymore, I'm crazy. Will I get my money back? Please help

All informations I sent to security and support and they don't wanat to help me. I asking just to withdraw my 730 usdt, it is smallest than my deposit of money. This is the real character of 1xbit. They will not start any drama with you when you deposit on their website and start making losses. But when you make a profit or want to withdraw money from the system, they say they will come up with various excuses and block your account without approving the withdrawal. There are many more victims like you in this forum whose problems have not been solved. Because this website has no reputation and they continue their activities by scamming customers.

Last week's user had problems with his authentication on the site. He has openly posted all bets on fit forum, to show what kind of bets he has placed. Don't you notice that other players who complain don't post betting history and if they do (as we saw) they only post table tennis and tennis, which are known to be cheating a lot. That seems like an easy conclusion, doesn't it? table tennis is not famous at all, so its a big coincidence that everybody is suddenly winning on this sport. They simply don't play fair.

If you followed this thread closely, or looked at the history of my posts, you would notice that I have very high doubts about the authenticity of the complaints submitted against 1xbit. On the contrary, my personal opinion about 1xbit is very good, because they have paid me timely for many months. I have no reason to not believe them, just because they are very honest with me. This is natural and logical in my opinion.

Man, i have no doubts that will pay you for promotion honestly, but the main problem is not your relationship with them, rather the fact that they always trying to fool their customers in different ways. I know people which they fooled personally.

I think you're wrong, I don't particularly like to post in this thread because from seeing so many things that are annoying I ended up not liking to post in this thread, but even if I don't like it, I can't just watch people being deceived every day... That's why I keep posting to warn people not to use this scam site and also to make these scammers respond and solve their customers' problems, it's very ugly and cruel what they've been doing, it's unacceptable that we see this scammer stealing constantly here on this forum

You are right, what the 1xbit scammers are doing is cruel. There are too many scam allegations, they are a scam outfit hiding behind a fake gambling website as a front. We all hope the day is near when they are closed down and their owners arrested by various law enforcement agencies.

It is sad to see same drama mate happening over and over again, but what you must see here is how this company handling those problem, they don't even give response to their issues and not addressing them directly, instead ignoring the problem that they are encountering , try to put your self into their situation , what do you feel?

It is true that 1xbit are spending a lot of money on promotion, but their reputation is not increasing. The main reason for this is that they are cheating their customers and on the other hand are spending money on marketing. If a crypto gambler does a little research on 1xbit in this forum then that gambler will never play in 1xbit again because he will get a clear idea about this website. So 1xbit should deal with unresolved issues, if the reputation is not clear then it will not be profitable to spend huge amount of money like this.

Thats true. It will be futile to spend huge money for promotion if the reputation of the site is not good. Because gamblers are wise now to not risk their money on a shady site. Hence they should resolved first the past and current accusations against their site. If they manage to do so then there's a chance to for their casino to look different but I doubt if they even have plan to do that.

It's not that simple. 1xbit advertise their services across different platforms which is why they are still somehow attracting gamblers despite all the rising negative accusations against them over time.

Their bad reputation in Bitcointalk has definitely affected their business, but it isn't enough to shut it down completely.

Hence they should resolved first the past and current accusations against their site. If they manage to do so then there's a chance to for their casino to look different but I doubt if they even have plan to do that.

That will most likely never happen. They already tried coming up with different reasons(Changing teams etc) in order to improve their reputation here which clearly failed. It is pretty evident that they don't care anymore.
