Have you seen that 1xbit support is not anymore writing and supporting and resolving cases? This is total scam of website 1xbit and they are just stealing money from people. This is insane scam. They steal all win money and all deposits from people. So if you deposit there, you cannot withdraw a single crypto to you back. Total thief's.


I created account on 1xbit and deposited 250 usdt and then I lost that 252 usdt, and deposited 350 usdt. THen I won two games from table tennis and I get log out from my account after 5 minutes. I tried to login but cannot anymore. I wrote email and they said this after 12 hours:
"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

After that I sent emails to them but they not responding and also I cannot login to my account still. I think they dont want to give me my winnings or even my deposit. What to do ? Is this scam and I will never get back my money? I will post you pictures from my account before they did this:

You can be relieved that you have not deposited any money on this site. A lot of things are uncertain about 1xbit. The only thing that seems to be certain at this point is that they don't like it when you win too much money and then they will block your account and confiscate your winnings.

I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.
I urgently needed money to withdraw and I made a withdrawal. But the horror started when I squeezed to withdraw the money.
They were logged out of my account, and I could not log in with my username or email and password.

Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? Please help, I'm new here, I do not know what to do. This is my first 1xbit account and I'm betting there for the first time. I do not know what to do anymore, I'm crazy. Will I get my money back? Just as you cannot prove that deposits have actually been returned, same you cannot prove that the rules were not violated.
At the moment, he just has to wait for a reply, but my guess is that the answer will be similar to the others, which is that the user has withdrawn the deposit equivalent from another 1xBit account.

Because it would be a mistake to expect more from a website without any reputation like 1xbit. And they are not resolving their customer's problems even through the thread that they have opened a thread to resolve the complaint. I am not sure what you would like to be changed? If you read the thread in Reputation section you will see how many issues have been positively resolved. Of course, not all complaints can be considered positively for a very simple reason - if someone has violated the rules or tried to cheat, he must face the consequences.

I make account yesterday on 1xbit and make deposit of 1049USDT. I bet on games specialy on football. Then I put 600 usdt on Tottenham to win the match aganist Leicester in live when Tottenham was in losing 0:1. Then they scored goal in the last minute and won 2:3.
I won on that game 2000 usdt , and go to withdraw page to make withdarw some of my funds and continue to bet. Then I saw that there is no withdraw options to withdraw funds. I was in shock. Then wrote to livechat to help me withdraw my funds. They told me I need to write on security 1xbit email so I will have answer from them.
I write them and waiting so long, they told me THEY STOP COLLABORATION AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! They stopped collaboration because I won the fu*cikng one game on football and high league premier leage, and now I see that so many defenders with signature campage said they only block table tennis or tennis, THEY  BLOCK MY ACCOUNT AFTER WIN GAME TOTTENHAM premier league and not give me back the money of that game and only said will give deposited sum of money. So when I was in lose, they didnt touch my account, and when won the game fotball and won 2000 usdt they blocked withdarw and this is not F*CKING NORMAL!!! This must be stopped, this is criminal and they cannot do this. I will now post all images from my account when my game win, and after they close my account, This is not real and this is most criminal activites on internet what they are doing to  me!!!

I sent milion of emails since yesterday, and they freaking not send me back 1 email. This is no comment, WHERE ARE NOW that supporters who are telling here to people 1xbit is not scam?
I read ton of messages posts of that campage signature who defend this company, and NOW YOU SEE HOW is the procedure of scamming? IF you losing, they not  thoucing you, if you just little win, they will ban you so easy, and will not responding. I have never seen casino scam like this. Briliant procedures to scam people and steal all money from people. Bravisimo great job to scammers

Unfortunately, I can't write anything else. I do not know what is the reason your account has been blocked, because I do not have access to such information. If you want to know why 1xBit take such decision, you have to wait for the answer of their security team.

I am not sure what you would like to be changed? If you read the thread in Reputation section you will see how many issues have been positively resolved. Of course, not all complaints can be considered positively for a very simple reason - if someone has violated the rules or tried to cheat, he must face the consequences.

I know how many problems they are solving. How they deal with customer problems, a closer look at the thread reveals that there are more excuses than solutions to the problem. The player who encounters the problem within 1xbit leaves the problem unresolved by telling the player various excuses or telling him to wait for the security team update. So we all have an idea about their professionalism. They should change themselves, if they continue to manage everything as they are now, their reputation will continue to decline. They have to change themselves, they have to stop scamming with excuses.

The previous team wasn't stealing, and so do a new one. The only their mistake was to leave this forum, so the complaints were abandoned for 2 years. Should it make them legitimate?
