I've noticed the number of five-star reviews for 1xbit casino on TrustPilot has significantly increased lately. But there is something suspicious about those reviews. Unlike all the negative reviews, none of the five-star reviews mention the gambler's User ID. This suggests that these may be fake reviews.

Does it really need some proof? I dont think it would be that needed on just basing up on their current reputation then you could really think off that they are trying to fake up reviews
and make out some five star positive feedbacks just for them to look good specially into new gamblers who do able to read it up.Its good that Trustpilot had noticed this

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? You only have to take a look at their negative trust ask yourself if you will ever see your funds again. Unfortunately the 1xbit scammers are well known in the forum as being scammers therefore the chances of you receiving any of your funds back and zero.

And because of this, they are in danger and they are complaining about this website. 1xbit is cheating their customers and spending that money on marketing. 1xBit doesn't disclose personal information. Many players choose 1xBit for the opportunity to bet without leaving any personal info, and that could be done only if we do not disclose our info either.

Looking at the images you posted it seems the 1xbit scammers are using their ToS as an excuse to withhold your funds. I think they will not let you withdraw your funds because this a trend and normal practice that the 1xbit scammers employ in order to steal from their customers.

You really should have carried out research online browsing for information about the company before you sent them any funds. Sorry but it looks as though your funds will not be returned to you... if you take a look at the other scam accusations you will understand why.
