I have the same contact options with the security team as you, so we can just wait until someone who represents 1xbit on Bitcointalk is active. However, from what I noticed, support stopped responding to Bitcointalk complaints due to the large amount of spam, so I doubt you will get any answers here. Anyway, this is not an official way of making a complaint.
