Instead of showing this user various ways to solve his problem, tell 1xbit to change their activities and stop cheating gamblers. Lets take that there were 50 such cases (but I think there were a lot less, just because a few accounts were spamming this thread there seemed to be a lot of it).
50 x $ 500 = $25k
The expense for a signature campaign is about $2k - $2.5k per week, so $25k would cover only about 3 months of the campaign and it has been going on for 10 months.
However, the point is not that it would not cover the costs of campaigns. The point is, it would be silly to risk such a huge loss of reputation trying to cover the costs of a signature campaign.

They have tainted their name so much in the past that no kind of redemption will fit to what they've done in the past. It's evident to anyone with half a brain that there hasn't been any improvement and that 1xbit casino doesn't care much about their reputation or this community. Yes I know, a lot of people here are already familiar with the dangers of this site but a lot more are probably simply unaware. It's almost like 1xbit casino is designed to appeal to the most uneducated players in the hope they will believe what the rest of us know to be a scam. I'm very glad I got out when I did. Also to be completely fair to the victim, he is claiming a loss of $500 in crypto and that is an extremely huge amount of money in certain parts of the world therefore if he is worried first about getting scammed out of $500 and second being worried about never getting his funds back then he probably acted on impulse.

On a slightly different note, your account was created in 2013, you may or not be the original owner of the account because it might have changed hands but you have deep red negative feedback mostly because of your supporting the 1xbit scammers. In short, if the security team do not even bother to reply to the victim because he has been selectively scammed then there is not much else he can do apart from visit this forum to complain. This user asks for an answer in this thread every day, which will not help him, because the answer will not be in this thread and he knows about it. The truth is, we don't know what this user was doing for 2 months after the account was blocked. His first post about this case is from March 10, 2022. Support submitted his case for clarification on March 18, 2022 so after 8 days. Now he is waiting for the complaint to be examined 8 days, and as far as I know, the time to consider the complaint is much longer, so I do not see reason why he would give up.

They are not even ashamed to make such a statement.
