That would surely lift most of the complaints off, but back in 2015 our intentions were to make as anonymous casino as possible (when crypto and all that stuff appeared).
Ain't much changed since then - we added email KYC and that's all what have changed about anonymity.

Seriously? Who are you trying to fool? You guys are using KYC as a cover to justify your scamming tricks just like some other crypto casinos out there.

Anyone with a half-decent brain knows that your casino will always be anonymous in order to avoid getting screwed by lawsuits etc filed by victims. Just remember that no excuse can overturn the messed up reputation of your site.

They havent still stopped on selectively scamming out users? Its just sad this forum doesnt moderate and banned out scam sites including this one.They had lots of negative issues

and too deep negative feedbacks came from DT's and other users as well.It is just sad to those who had been able to register and doesnt know the true reputation that they had.
We've been keep on telling people but it seems that they are just doing their marketing without caring on what others been saying or do tell bad things about them.

there are no power in this forum to banned or act for scam sites though I believe that Yobit scam exchange had been banned here for advertising , hoping that this will be the next one as we already see multiple or if not hundreds of scam victims and yet no clear proofs from the team on how they being banned and what proofs for their cheating cases.

I was aware of that Yobit signature before on where there are some actions on which they do put out on those participants which they had banned it out  (for some) there are still some who do able to skip or been saved on that one though.

Just like on what they have done on cryptotalk which is basically owned by Yobit too.

Hope they would make out some the same action so that we do at least lessen up these kind of sites on this forum and to save up those innocent players/gamblers out there.

That's why at some point maybe if the case continues and the alarm goes to the mod then there will be sanction that will be implemented as same like what Yobit received  but for now i think this will stay until it become massive .
though almost everyday there are same problem occur in which the victim experience as what all of the recent experienced .
lets see what it comes in the next month or at least another year.

I don't think that will happen. Yobit screwed themselves by creating a spamming environment which led to them getting banned, but 1xbit is smarter than them due to which they keep running multiple signature campaigns regularly without any issues so far.

They are aware of the forum rules and make sure to follow them which most likely won't change at any point in the future.

If what you say is true then it clearly shows the 1xbit scammers simply selectively scamming their users. As for you saying they do not require KYC, that is true but it is also true that they are using their Terms and Conditions to so force users to send KYC/AML documents or face having funds seized. Furthermore they have received KYC documents before and still not released funds.

i think he said nothing about using the site for long time yet he said Before in which maybe he had already stopped and just used the site for short period of time and did not Win big amount so he is not affected of the banning and scamming.

Can you specify how much you bet in total in this site? The amount definitely matters since 1xbit selectively scams gamblers as @JollyGood mentioned above primarily based on this particular factor.

No one disputes that some gamblers had no issues using the platform. Even I tested the platform with a small amount. It's their handling of controversial issues that's causing us problems here. There is a reason for their bad reputation on the forum. They have been dishonest with this community and have been caught lying many times.

More important than your promotional campaign is to work to increase your reputation and provide the right solution to unresolved reports. Because it is a matter of wondering how effective such promotions will be to attract more new gamblers by providing such poor service to the customers. If they have had not problem with you and also they do not need any type of kyc verification, then why a lot of people creating scam accusation and from their announcement thread we came to know often about the scam activity of them? I am very curious to know, about it.

I wrote about it two months ago:

One of my assumptions is that the vast majority of complaints that appear on Bitcointalk are made by few people who operate multi accounts and are continously trying to cheat 1xbit.
This assumption is due to the fact that the modus operandi is very similar:
- complaints refer to almost the same (you noticed it yourself)
- most of it is live betting on tennis or table tennis (I'm sure there are other possibilities as well, it's just the most popular sports for cheating)
- the way of writing the text is very similar (capital letters, grammar, arrangement of texts, preparation of screenshots in advance, very good knowledge about other complaints etc.)
- behavior in response to posts (for example, using very similar primitive insults)
- similar amounts of money (mostly between $500 - $800)
- spam - check history of posts of this accounts
Spam that they make everyday from around 10-15 accounts makes it seem like there are hundreds of complaints, and in fact, it's just the same complaints coming in over and over for months.

I think that some time ago, someone found a way to cheat 1xbit (later maybe sold that method to others). 1xbit has improved security and is now better at catching cheaters.
Note that when cheater is caught, his deposit is returned, so he don't really lose anything. He just sets up a new account and tries to cheat with this same money again, but anyway he can accuse bookmaker.. It makes that with every new account he can make new complaint.
The problem for the cheater is when 1xbit discovers that this is his new account and he already withdraw equivalent of deposit from his other account.
1xbit does not want to show evidence of how detected cheaters, so as not to simplify bypass security for them.
Scammers are angry that they have been caught and they don't even know how, so they attack 1xbit with complaints out of anger. (or maybe because they can not sell anymore their method of cheating)
These are just my assumptions, but after about 7 months of observing this thread, I am firmly convinced that I am close to the truth.

Edit. NOT ALL complaints are made by cheaters! However, in my opinion, most come from them.

Fortunately, everything seems to indicate that 1xbit security team has found a way to eliminate cheaters, because spamming of this thread is almost over.

Do not be surprised when you see the number of people claiming to have had their cases solved in the past because most were newbies. Was there ever a case of a reputable forum member claiming to have had his stolen funds returned? I think there was not a single case partly because no reputable member would ever risk having their funds stolen by the 1xbit scammers.
