as i said before i understand we need to leave feedback on scammers account and i left negative feedback on OP account. but for the case of signature campaign participants it's a bit of a different case. I agree with leaving neutral and not totally destroying their account. but as already said here, many of the participants have already arrived with negative feedback so it won't make any difference to leave more negative feedback

There is a big difference between green, red and neutral feedback in this forum. Leaving neutral trust could possibly help them go unnoticed by future campaign managers while red trust is difficult to ignore.

The expense for a signature campaign is about $2k - $2.5k per week, so $25k would cover only about 3 months of the campaign and it has been going on for 10 months.
However, the point is not that it would not cover the costs of campaigns. The point is, it would be silly to risk such a huge loss of reputation trying to cover the costs of a signature campaign.

In short, if the security team do not even bother to reply to the victim because he has been selectively scammed then there is not much else he can do apart from visit this forum to complain. What happened:: I was buying $30 amazon giftcard from Erdogan for $21 btc and i decided to go first since he was a hero member. But as soon as i sent him money he stopped replying even coming online every once in a while. After a whole bunch of messages he finally replied saying he'll send me the agc in 4 hours or he can refund me, i decided to wait a bit then ask for a refund but as soon as i asked for a refund he transfered all the money from his bitcoin wallet to another wallet and still continues to ignore me.

Why do you think 1xbit does not resolve the complaints of its users? They do it all the time. From what I can see, the waiting period for a response may not be very pleasant, but it depends rather individually on the complexity of the case and the overall number of cases in the queue.
