Still nothing from the support of 1xbit official, from January 23. 2022 my account is blocked.
I have 500 usd in cryptocurrency in my account, and they not give me to login. Thats a lot of money for me, it is my 3 months salary and i am from poor country, and please someone help me to login and get back my money 500 usd. please.

You are getting lots of negative feedback for scamming players because you guys are making a mistake.

Stake also freezes accounts but they have a great reputation because they know how to do t smartly. Here are my suggestions:

1- As per terms and conditions you can ask the customer anything in the name of KYC. Stake forces users to submit passport or their balance is gone. You can start asking "letter from the president" else your funds are gone.

2- Like stake has hired some puppets, you need to hire some trusted members. Yes it costs money but look they defend you against all the victims and go as far as tagging the victim himself as one of the stake puppet does.

I think they already had signature campaign members mate?  so they need not to hire others in this matter.

Yep, they are doing this big scam for years now, and I really wonder why there are still many people that plays on their site. They have too much unresolved allegations, sometimes they try to resolve some, most probably just to "show off" that they are capable of doing it so... a type of investment for them if those are true. I always hear them say that their "collaboration to the account was cut off because of their fraudulent act that is why they are banning the accounts to prevent further damage." Which is really shady for me.
 
I just wish players background check first the reputation of the casino before playing on it.
